Andres Vega was very helpful to us in putting together a package of appliances for two kitchens. Both were complicated and required special sizing, venting, types, etc. And Andres was quick and to the point, which we appreciated since we had to work through a lot of items. Plus made helpful suggestions, and assembled a great final bundle that also secured very attractive pricing. He also seems like a good and authentic guy to deal with.

My sales person was a professional who treated me as a valued customer. When I was dissatisfied with a cooktop that I had purchased, I was told not to worry that I could exchange it for another cooktop. This was done with no installation fee and no fee on the return of the original item in its open box condition. I am very happy with the service I received and the cooktop that I now have.

We bought 4 appliances with delivery and installation. Although there were a few bumps with delivery everything eventually worked out. Eric at Pacific sales was so helpful with the price match after the appliances went on sale. I highly recommend going in store with issues as the Chatbot was unable to solve my issue and after 45 minutes, suggested that I go directly to the store. Pacific sales continues to provide great service.
