Excellent customer service by Mike C. We bought a dryer today and he made the process very easy for us. We are thankful for his knowledge and professionalism. Pacific Sales has been awesome for us during our home renovation! We purchased a cooktop, dishwasher, range hood, sink faucet, cabinet hardware. We ended up opening the Best Buy credit card because of the rewards program and Eric was able to reverse and re-apply our prior purchases from a couple weeks ago so that we’d earn the reward points! So amazing! This helped us use those points later to purchase a TV and soundbar from Best Buy later, literally saved us $700! Mike helped us with the kitchen appliances and was awesome—we didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell us even though we ended up going with a higher end cooktop. And Lane helped us with our faucets and cabinet hardware and did us solid on the pricing (beat a lot of online competitors so why would we buy elsewhere?)! We’ve had such positive experiences so keep coming back!
