We had shopped and researched many, many retailers to get a full kitchen appliance suite for our full remodel. Linwood Foy, top salesperson, was patient with us and extremely knowledgeable. We went back to him 3 or 4 times before buying 3 Wolf products (which we love) and a Bosch refrigerator. There was a snafu with delivery, which Linwood, cleared up within minutes of a direct phone call to his cell. He picked up his cell call immediately. Problem solved. After installation, we visited the SubZero-Wolf Learning Center, per Linwood's suggestion, and they asked us where we purchased from. Pacific Sales in Torrance. They asked if we remembered who our sales person was. Linwood Foy. They said, "we love Linwood." We went back to Pacific Sales today to scope out a new washer machines and Linwood had all the answers. about the mechanics and the features...truly a GOAT salesperson. Happy camper. Happy wife. Happy life.

Recently I wanted to replace an aging washing machine.
Visited the Torrance Pacific Sales store and looked at the great selection of washing machines. With a little help from Tyler (Project Manager) I selected the best machine for my use. Tyler reminded me that the company can give me a price match. Visited competitors and came up with the same machine. Returned back to see Tyler with my competitor prices. Tyler was very pleasant and glad I returned and came up with a very competitive price match going the extra mile to satisfy me. His manager approved the match and I made the order which was very simple including picking a delivery date. The 3rd party delivery service was great with electronic notification and even a phone call just before arrival. The two delivery guys were absolutely excellent with no damage to my wood floors, great haul away and installation of the new washer. Overall this was a great experience.
I can't say enough about the competitive full service from Pacific Sales and superior assistance from Tyler and very supportive management.
For over 40 years I have bought appliances from Pacific Sales to outfit kitchen remodels at 3 homes and always satisfied.
Recommend you give them a chance!
