After driving all the way from Costa Mesa to Torrance to pick up a chest freezer since no one apparently knows how to do inventory properly, I picked up my freezer from Pacific Sales and drove back home. Upon getting home and opening the packaging I found the freezer severely damaged. Very frustrated about this, I tried to call them during their normal business hours and low and behold no one is answering and their voicemail box was full so I couldn't even leave a voicemail about returning/exchanging the damaged freezer.
Honestly, I am at wits end here. When did it become acceptable to sell damaged goods and then not answer your phone when a customer calls? When did it become acceptable to post your in store stock online only to be told that the number is incorrect and there is no supply in stock? I am sick of all of it!
DO. BETTER. THAT'S THE BARE MINIMUM.
