Had a great experience at Pacific Sales in Torrance dealing with Joel. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were shopping for a new cooktop. With his help we confidently came to a decision that we feel very good about. The cooktop was not in stock, but he assured us that he would personally follow up and call us when the cooktop arrives at the store to setup a delivery date.

On 2/4/26, I had the pleasure of meeting employee Ali Morin. I have not experienced customer service in a very long time. She was attentive and very patient. She was pleasant and answered all of me and my husband’s questions. In addition, she went over all of the paperwork regarding the assessment and installation of our induction cooktop. She is a gem and we look forward to working with her on our next purchase.

Great experience at Pacific Sales in Torrance. I purchased a Sub-Zero refrigerator for my kitchen remodel and absolutely love it—it’s the first appliance installed and already the standout. Pacific’s sales representative, Linwood, was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest throughout the process. I highly recommend this location and working with Linwood if you can.

Linwood is the man! He really knows the appliances like the back of his hand, is super nice and helpful and does not try to oversell. He helped us pick out a great Thermador appliance set for our remodel including a range, range hood, refrigerator and dishwasher. The contractor had us buy the appliances prior to the remodel with the understanding that he would build around the specs. Well, the contractor screwed up and did not realize that we bought an under the cabinet hood until after he built the kitchen 4 months later. Despite it being 100% the contractor's fault, Linwood went above and beyond and was able to swap out the under the cabinet hood for a wall hood even though the box had been opened by the contractor. Ask for Linwood when you shop at Pacific Sales. You will be glad that you did.
