I went to Pacific Sales to purchase a range, hood, and dishwasher after having a negative experience at another distributor. I was connected with Linwood who was so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me great advice and worked efficiently. He remained responsive and flexible while we waited for the kitchen to be ready for the appliances and made sure they were ready to go on the day of installation. He was friendly, communicative, and professional throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with the service and the appliances are perfect!

Linwood was amazing. Coordinated with installer. Got me panels that were backorder early. Took a difficult job other companies like Snyder Diamond didnt want to deal with.

I had a great experience at Pacific Sales yesterday in Torrance. Ali Morin was my sales rep and she spent a lot of time with me(probably an hour and a half) and helped me figure out which refrigerator was the best for our kitchen. I also needed a dishwasher and she was super on the ball.

I walked in w a specific model in mind, and Linwood took the time to walk me through it online after finding the model. He then showed me comparable models so I could get an idea of what my refrigerator would look like. He did not try to upscale me. He was funny, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Pacific Sales in Torrance. Everyone I dealt with, from Lisa at the front to Eric who took my payment. Will be back for all of my appliance needs.
