Andres and the entire Pacific Sales team were exceptional to work with. They really took the time to understand our needs, how we wanted to use the appliances, and what was most important to us, then made thoughtful recommendations based on that. We visited a few times throughout the process, and they were always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. They made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy. Been here twice to order a Thermador refrigerator and most recently a range. Ali M. helped me with the range and was courteous, helpful, and attentive. A great buying experience.

I enjoyed the whole experience. It was so much fun. Everybody was so nice. I never want to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s again. It was wonderful. It’s more expensive of course but you get what you pay for. I have two rental properties. I will be back. I told the boys on the way out I had the best time here I can’t wait to come back again.
