This has been our go-to for appliances and bathroom fixtures but more difficult to work eith since Best Buy took over. They don't really stock anything, and their distribution system is very slow; I got told 6 weeks to get an item I needed right away for tile work, so i called the manufacturer to see who might have it in stock, and they said they have it on the shelf and could ship next day. That was disturbing since all the stuff I ordered was 6 to 12 weeks delivery, and now I wonder if it really is, or should I be going somewhere else to buy this kind of stuff. That said, the staff is very helpful and available and that is a big win for me. Selection is great for kitchen and bath, and higher end appliances and barbeques.

We had a great time shopping for appliances and furnishings here! Linwood was very knowledgeable about appliances and helped us find our best package and Shannon helped us figure out our list of furnishings for our bathrooms and kitchen.

Our purchase experience was spectacular thanks to the manager Juan and the exceptional salesperson Linwood. Even though there was a little glitch in our order delay due to the factory we were handsomely compensated for our delay. We are very grateful for the excellent service by Juan and Linwood.
