I researched the exact refrigerator that I wanted and the internet said it was available at all the usual locations. I went to the big box stores to look at it, but the model I wanted was not on the floor. Sales representatives weren't on the floor, either so I found myself looking at Christmas decorations in September.
I remembered buying a TV from Pacific Sales many years ago and was happy to see they were still around and in the same area as the big stores. The refrigerator I wanted was there on the floor (as well as a huge selection of others) and there were lots of sales representatives available when I was ready to make my purchase. They aren't pushy and let you look and are ready to assist when you are ready. I got help right away and the entire process was quick and easy. Got a date scheduled for delivery and pickup and they notified me when they were close to arriving (which was well within the scheduled time frame) and were in and out in no time.
I couldn't be happier with the entire process and I got a great price! Skip the big box stores and do yourself a favor and stop by Pacific Sales for all your appliance needs. Great prices, lots of choices, friendly staff, and great service.

Michael sold me a major appliance that is on back order with no delivery date. I was told a tale of a lone truck making its way to California from Wisconsin which may or may not contain the product. After a week and a half, that truck was still traveling and they still had no idea if the item was on the truck. Why a company would have no idea what is being shipped is a mystery. When I questioned why I paid for a product that had no availability date, Michael hung up the phone on me. My $3700 was spent elsewhere and I will never shop at this store again.
