Lazy guardshack workers. On time for a 6AM appointment. Currently 9AM and still not unloaded. What a joke.

I drove over an hour to pick up an order from the Best Buy warehouse, only to be met with complete disorganization and unhelpful staff. They were experiencing a power outage, but had a generator on-site. Despite this, the employees claimed they would “look into” retrieving my order and then simply disappeared without any update. After waiting for over an hour, they finally told me they couldn’t do anything until the power came back. Why send a text saying my order was ready for pickup in the first place?
