I ordered a freezer online and at the time it stated 5 in stock and I could pick it up at 9 am at the warehouse the next morning. The next morning I went to print out the order and I have an email now saying the item is being transferred. After a phone call I am informed that they are transferring the item from a store in San Francisco back to the warehouse and it will be available some time later that day. I can't understand how 5 freezers disappear from a warehouse overnight. Mind you I placed the order after the stores had closed so in theory the item should have been in the warehouse when they opened in the morning and this was the closest store or outlet with available stock. I live about one hour away from the warehouse and our old freezer had died. I was getting ice to try and save all the items frozen in that freezer. I took the day off to pick up the new freezer and now I had to Wait for an email letting me know when I could pick up the new one. It came after three in the afternoon and the traffic going home was a nightmare taking far longer than expected.
The entrance to the warehouse for customer pickup is easily passed and the signage is small and deceiving with tall weeds blocking the view of the road to the entrance until you are on top of it.
The warehouse has a small space for customers to wait for pickup and the staff loading the item were friendly and efficient.
Security guard with very bad Attitude (guy with nosepin )delivery was in morning , I gave him my id & paperwork I was standing outside their cabin for 15 minutes and these guys are playing on their phones don’t care about drivers ……. Unloading was fast but , security guard with very bad attitude .
