Worst customer service ever. Paid extra to secure a time to receive a product to be delivered. Product never came. Multiple calls over several days necessary to Best Buy customer service who kept saying the product would come, promised emails with pick up times, etc. At one point Best Buy Customer Service emailed me with 3 possible pick up locations - 1 in Arkansas, 1 in Missouri and 1 in Oklahoma (I live in Irvine and they had just a few hours earlier confirmed my address). It was a nightmare. I ended up cancelling, ordered from Target and picked up the item within 90 minutes of my order. My advice - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.
My goat Joe was the only helpful person there. 10/10 personality, efficient at his job, and the only one assisting us after asking 5 people.
