Do not come here the costumer service is trash and do not waste your time with the manger either. Very unhelpful I suggest you spend your money somewhere wiser. DO NOT COME HERE. They waste your money

Worst customer service ever. Was looking for something, no one to ask for help. Asked the cashier and after telling the product was not available on the sales floor she just said it was supposed to be there. Had to go back and take a picture of the empty slot for her to be willing to call it out on her walkie. No apologies, no let me help you, just nothing. After a long time, someone came and asked again what we were looking for, showed the guy, he went to fo get it from the back. Meanwhile, this cashier, still expressionless, non apologetic. After the guy came with the product she checked us out, we asked for a bag, she put our stuff in the bag and put it on the opposite side of the register, so had to go around to go get it. I would love to leave her name on here but she did not have a name tag on.
Geek squad is a joke. My son‘s gaming computer is running hot and shuts off on him. I made an appointment and brought in the computer where they looked at it, and confirmed it is running hot. I was then told they cannot look into the problem and made me an appointment for the geek squad Best Buy in Irvine five days later. I show up to my appointment and was told they cannot take the computer and did not know why geek squad in Tustin would have made an appointment for me to have the service done there. So after over a week and several miles driven, I’m right where I started. Nothing worse than customer service pushing you to the next person because they’re too lazy to help you. I’m so tired of lazy people not doing their job. What a joke.

We tried to purchase a refrigerator here and have it delivered to our new home. We set a delivery date at the counter, and that should have been the end of it. The delivery date came and went, and when we reached out to Best Buy to try and figure out when we are supposed to be getting our fridge, they said that the delivery needed to be scheduled. So after much, confusion and anger, they scheduled the delivery for the following week. Well, the day before the delivery comes and they send a text saying that the delivery needs to be scheduled. The delivery has already been scheduled twice! So now they are saying its going to be delivered in another week. So at this point, everyone at Best Buy and their call center has been lying to our faces! They said they had a refrigerator to sell, they did not. They said that they scheduled the delivery, TWICE, they did not. The customer service representatives, who by the way, have no access to the store, or the shipping, and have no way to contact the store or the shipping, continually lie to our faces about resolving the issue. Meanwhile I have a pregnant wife who needs access to food that requires a refrigerator and we have to go 2 weeks without a refrigerator because they keep lying to our faces about EVERYTHING. Needless to say, we demanded a full refund, and will be pursuing escalating the issue for the stress and medical danger that they put my wife in with their lying and negligence. I would encourage you to shop ANYWHERE else for your appliance needs. There is literally a Howards next door. I would be surprised if Best Buy isn't out of business in the next 5 years considering how many of their stores are closing and how poorly the remaining stores are operated.
