5/5 Stars
Best Buy Union City has the curbside pickup process down to a science. I’ve ordered everything from smart home sensors to gaming monitors here, and the "Ready for Pickup" email usually hits my inbox way faster than expected. The staff at the pickup counter are efficient, and I’ve never had an issue with an order being incorrect. It’s located right in the Landing, so it’s super convenient to swing by while running other errands.
I came by to Best Buy to just look around but later realized that I need to get a new charger for my phone the other one doesn’t work anymore.
Good news is that I’m able to find one with an affordable price. Bad news is that they seem to lack options not only for chargers but other products as well when I was looking for phone cases, headphones, and other products.
I guess that you’ll have to go through online shopping if you want more options. Or you can go to other stores and see if you’re looking into more options or specific ones rather than what they have in store now.
They got everything you want and electronically but when it comes to stuff you know about they do not got the knowledge I want from them
Now I see y you guys have to 3 stars
Today I went to do my exchange and there’s a one fat as Mexican store manager what he told me but he doesn’t seem to be a manager I had a very bad experience with a manager at this Best Buy location. From the beginning, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. During our interaction, he told me to “shut up,” threw my receipt, and then asked me to leave the store. I was shocked by his behavior, especially since he is a manager and is supposed to represent the company.
This treatment was disrespectful, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated this way. He clearly lacks basic customer service skills and does not know how to handle situations calmly or professionally.
Best Buy seriously needs to address this issue, hold their management accountable, and provide proper customer service training. Experiences like this damage the company’s reputation and make customers feel unwelcome. Best Buy seriously needs to address this issue, hold their management accountable, and provide proper customer service training. Experiences like this damage the company’s reputation and make customers feel unwelcome. Hiring very young, inexperienced staff who aren’t trained in basic professionalism shows a lack of concern for customer service. When hiring employees, management should consider personality, maturity, and how they interact with customers—not just availability.
If corporate reviewed this location’s feedback, they’d understand why the ratings are so low. It’s disappointing that corporate doesn’t check on the store manager or properly evaluate employee behavior. Shame on the lack of oversight and accountability.
