I really enjoy shopping at this Best Buy. The store is spacious, clean, and well-organized. The customer service is excellent—staff are both helpful and respectful. Plus, the service is quick and efficient!

Stood for 30min at the Camera department. Spoke with 4 different employees and they all called on someone else. Finally i got the guy from Cell Phones to open up the case.

i bought a open box excellent condition laptop. after 16 days I've realized there is an issue with the adapter. I called customer service, wasted around an hour to be suggested to talk to manufacturer of the laptop. Which I have done prior to - they said it is bestbuy's responsibility.
here we are, year 2024, one of best stores are become one of the worst. now the only thing you need to do, is to directly buy from manufactory to remove fodders as this store.
