I purchased the Google - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Pixel 6 256GB (Unlocked) - Sorta Seafoam at a priced for $229.99 and received theGoogle - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Pixel 6 128GB (Unlocked) - Sorta Seafoam Priced at 199.99 instead that means I was over charged $30.00
(also the phone was locked with phone carrier Verizon) The phone was also defective I was given a $50.00 gift card for my inconvenience I return the next day to rather make the correct price adjustment due to that the phone I originally ordered was a no longer available and returned the gift card back to the general manager for the union city store he's name was Kaman Chan needles to say he would not credit my over charged amount to correct the pricing of the item he said he wouldn't and kept repeating through our conversation "the answer is still no" I was frustrated since he told me he was the highest manager of this store so I returned the phone back so I can get my money back and not be over charged . Always Check your purchased merchandise to be sure you get what you paid for

Lot of options, great customer service
I am very disappointed about the geek squad. I showed my phone to jessica, she said after update, everything will be fine. So I give my phone to her, and that she updated my phone and the glitch wasn’t solved,my phone turns to a brick, I was able to use my phone before I hand to her! The other guy helped to update my phone again and it is still not working. All they do is give me advice: go to Apple Store! So why they didn’t tell me before?! Totally wasted time and money!!!
