the AI call agent is awful, took 3 tries just to get put on hold waiting for live associate which ended up being geek squad who was the completely wrong person who required me to make a bestbuy account so I could get transfered to someone who could answer my question.
I just wanted to know if a specific monitor, the Samsung - 57" Odyssey was on display in store so I could go see it before purchasing, since I dont live anywhere near this best buy I dind't want to make a trip only to not be able to see it in person before purchasing it.
The final associate was great in addressing my question, but the 20mins I spent getting there, was terrible. Also the password requirements for online accounts are completely not cybersecurity best practices, requiring spaces in your password is terrible and unecessary, and required another 20 mins to properly reset my password of retrying.
Fix your online and call system, its 10x worse than previous years. Also attaching to this store because I called this stores number, and couldn't even get to the store associates, and only called this one because it had the monitor in stock so thought it'd have a high chance of being on display

I go to buy a watch and there were no associates to be found. I am at a loss for words cause it appears like this store doesn’t want to take my money. So I ask the greeter next to the Apple Watches and they point me to computers and tells me I have to find someone in that department. The only associate is already busy. I dont think the process was streamlined and it felt like a hassle to make a purchase
