It would be wise to make an appointment. I didn't so I had to wait. Be it wasn't as long as I thought it would be. The geek , no insult intended, was helpful. He was polite and knowledgeable so I got my problem taken care of in a relatively short time. No problems.
Not one person offered to help with anything. Very poorly managed with unmotivated staff. Store is destined to fail. They won’t even stock shelves; I’m guessing that they were never trained. We can’t buy if inventory is sitting in boxes.
