Best buy is definitely going down hill. It's not how it was before.
I ordered a bread maker from Best Buy and found a cheaper cost on Amazon. So, I tried to use their price match.
They weren't able to price match in store. They told use to call customer service. I was on the phone for about 30 mins. They didn't help me and was put on hold. He told us to use the chat box online.
I didnt get the help, customer service sucks, and Best Buy lied. They are a waste of time.
I attempted to purchase an item in store but was required to place an order for shipment instead. The delivery driver failed to deliver the item and provided no communication or explanation. Best Buy’s customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue and has repeatedly delayed any meaningful action.
It has now been a week since I placed the order, and I still do not have a confirmed delivery date. I have contacted customer service multiple times and even requested that the item be sent to my local store for pickup however, I was again told I would need to wait an additional 24 hours.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. I would recommend saving yourself the trouble and ordering elsewhere. Unfortunately, Best Buy’s service has significantly declined.
