Sold us an open box TV. Online it said maybe missing "non-essential" parts. Turns out there's not even a power cable or remote. Asked if I could purchase a power cord, and an employee took me to the isle where several different types of power cords were, then said "hold on", walked away, and here I am still standing 25 minutes later. No help, guy disappeared. I have no clue what cord I need. Not one other employee has even offered to assist me.

My husband and i went to this location to buy 3 simple items. an iPad screen protector, case & Apple pencil about $300 of things, you would think they'd want the sale? Every time he approached a team member they would start walking away, when he found someone who wanted to stay still long enough for him to request help gathering the items; they literally rudely refused. Even when management came out his name is TOBY; he practically denied us any help whatsoever. This was by far the worst store in history! Don't even waste your money on a candy bar too! They are expired!

THIRD UPDATE: Be very careful on Best Buy's facebook account. They have a 'customer service rep' phishing for card details! Some guy called me from India trying to hand over my details on a third party app. I realized they just saw a public post and then independently called me.
SECOND UPDATE: A 'rep' told me I would get a call today. Still nothing. This is now the 4th broken promise of a call in a week. Best buy is nothing but AI with no humans behind them.
UPDATE: I went ahead and tried the suggestion below yesterday and reached out. Its been 24 hours and its gone no where as far as I can see (just repeating the same things I've raised prior and then rep disappeared) and its becoming obvious that all of the lower level customer service elements within Best Buy are now AI based (something they announced this summer). If you have any issues with their products, do not expect them to help. Starting to miss the days when you could speak to a human and tell them your are missing part Z, and then they mail it to you.
I had a nightmare this weekend with an appliance delivery. If you want install - DO NOT USE BEST BUY.
I had paid for install and offhaul of my old dishwasher. The team arrived at 10:15am and while one member unloaded the unit, pulling the pallet off the unit etc. The other member had a look at the job. He saw that the floor of the sink cabinet had water damage from the past (its a 30 year old cabinet....) and said Best Buy has a new policy that they cannot install if any water damage is present. I asked to sign a waiver, but they said they no longer provide them.
I asked them to go ahead and off haul the old unit then, and again they said they can't touch anything...I would have to disconnect and personally carry the unit out the front door.
Frustrated, I asked for a refund of the extra services. They said they would call Best Buy and I should wait around for 20 minutes and then Best Buy would ring me and go over the process. I never was called and spent Saturday and Sunday chasing. I installed the unit myself and then realized the manual says there should be an insulation blanket. I'm thinking may be they left that in the truck. with the wood palette they removed. Best Buy said that I would be contacted by the warehouse but yet again its been another 24 hours and nothing.
I'm leaving this review in the hopes I finally get some sort of help. In my opinion, if you refuse install but then open up my package you better double check you didn't leave something behind...

It's Best Buy, you get what you'd expect. Electronics and such. Though I'm still sad they no longer sell music CDs anymore, and it seems like they removed drawing tablets as well. It's just a place for me to look around and get Steam (video game) gift cards these days. At least it's always been nice and clean. The video game section could be cleaner though.
