Worst customer service I bought a washer and dryer and paid for the install with a kit. They removed the old ones but the installer was too lazy to look inside the washer for the kit so he didn’t install it and left, now he has to come back in two days while a load of dirty laundry and two babies sits waiting, they refuse to make it right. You can’t speak to a manager on the phone because it’s all useless AI nonsense. No, I have to go into the store to speak to a manager and demand the old set to be returned in the new one taken back so I can get decent service. No wonder BestBuy is failing
Walked in to buy a new laptop. Had instant help from the young man (forgot his name). Walked out 20 minutes later with everything that I needed. Awesome service.
I came here for an SD card. It was a typical Best Buy. Nothing special. There was a line of five of us waiting to check out and it would been nice if somebody else came to help, check us out.
