Went to Best Buy in Pinole so they can check out my stereo system I got. The guy said it was fine, they can install it I just needed to make an appointment. They were all booked so I had to make an appointment for Vacaville. Today was my appointment, they say arrive 5mins before you appointment time I get here they aren’t open. At 9am the guy doles out I give him my stereo system & he says he has to look at it because they might not be able to install it because they’re different than the Pinole store. He comes back out 5mins later & says they can’t install it because cars can’t play videos while people are driving. Mind you I bought this system off on Amazon & in the reviews people went to Best Buy to get it installed. Clearly a waste of time & horrible customer service.

Today I went into this store with my husband to purchase two new laptops for a business. A team member walked up to my husband and asked if he could help, then the team member promptly said that he was off in 3 minutes and someone else would help us and walked away. No one came out to help after 10 minutes, so we left. We will purchase the items elsewhere. The store is well stocked and is clean but they need to work on their customer service.

It would be wise to make an appointment. I didn't so I had to wait. Be it wasn't as long as I thought it would be. The geek , no insult intended, was helpful. He was polite and knowledgeable so I got my problem taken care of in a relatively short time. No problems.
