Was trying to get a new iPhone online and their website said it would be ready the following day. After making the transaction online it said it would be ready in a week….

Worst customer service I bought a washer and dryer and paid for the install with a kit. They removed the old ones but the installer was too lazy to look inside the washer for the kit so he didn’t install it and left, now he has to come back in two days while a load of dirty laundry and two babies sits waiting, they refuse to make it right. You can’t speak to a manager on the phone because it’s all useless AI nonsense. No, I have to go into the store to speak to a manager and demand the old set to be returned in the new one taken back so I can get decent service. No wonder BestBuy is failing
