I bought a Shark Fan March 11 from Best Buy, and on March 28 it stopped working. I contacted customer service, and the first person I spoke to said they were sending a replacement. When I did not hear back, I contacted them again, and the second person said they could not see my interaction with the first person and they would not exchange the product because it was past the 14 day return. Now know that they are so stringent with their 14 day return, I would never buy from them again. That is $150 fan down the drain with no support

Tried to buy a PC online, paid for it and the site said it would be ready in about 1 hour. 3 hours later I have to contact customer service to see why it's not ready. They tell me it's on hold for verification. They can't tell me what needs to be verified or how I can do that, but it should clear in 48 hours. 48 hours later and my order in cancelled because my info couldn't be verified. Still no indication on why or what needed to be verified, and no indication when I'll get my money back. Completely useless customer service, I'll never shop with Best Buy again.

​I had a fantastic experience at the Best Buy in Vacaville today. I had purchased a Sonos speaker at full price yesterday, only to see it go on sale today. I went in to ask about the promotion, and Sandeep was incredibly helpful. He immediately offered to refund the price difference, making the entire transaction smooth and effortless. There were no unnecessary hurdles—just great, efficient customer service. I’m a very happy customer and highly recommend this location. Thank you, Sandeep!
