I want to give ultimate kudos to the following staff members: May and Adamari.
I wanted to gift my mom a present for her birthday as I’m visiting from the Netherlands, this was the closest Best Buy to her residence. She wanted a dashcam, but had certain features she wanted. May was nearby; she honestly gave her review on each brand, the features of each available product they had and matched what my mom wanted the best she could.
So we bring the product to the register, and I don’t have my card on me since I’ve moved overseas so May tries to assist and find my account electronically. She tries her best, still does not work but has to go. Payment won’t go through. Adamari takes over and she continues to try, even calling the bank for assistance. It was probably a total of… 25-30 mins. We keep going in circles with the bank trying to verify which zipcode was on file, only to be correct with the first zipcode we tried. Adamari was superrrrr patient in this, did not give up on the customer or situation, always kept a good attitude even if it was stressful, she did not show it. She did not rush the situation and every minute counted towards a solution. Not alot of Best Buy workers I’ve encountered have had this amazing customer service and work perserverence. I know if I was her, I’d be frustrated. Super thankful for Adamari! Keep up the great work.
Every time we go, I enjoy the service provided. Stock can be hit and miss, but if they usually have things in stock if it shows on the app
I had a very strange experience here. Normally Best Buy is my go-to, but I had never been to this one. I called ahead to ask if they had an item, customer service confirmed, so I went to go pick it up in store. I looked around on my own, but just couldn't find it. I asked an employee, showed him the part and told him that I called ahead and he said, "Yeah, calling ahead is no good. If we had it it would be in the back corner." Then he went back to conversing with a group of coworkers. I went and checked the back corner and they had similar parts, but not the one I needed. Barely anything was stocked. I left and ordered the part to another Best Buy with no problems.
They have give no respect. The worst worker she doesn’t know English to help when the washing machine is broken she didn’t tell me and was lying that washing machine was ok.
