Outstanding service from start to finish We recently completed a full kitchen and bathroom remodel and worked with Pacific Sales Kitchen & Bath for the appliances and plumbing. The experience was excellent. Ed in the appliances department was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the selection and ordering process. Richard and Luis in plumbing were equally impressive. They were professional, reliable, and made the plumbing side of the remodel go smoothly. What stood out most was their consistent communication. They responded promptly to our questions and follow-ups by both phone and email, which made the whole process much less stressful. Highly recommend Pacific Sales, and especially Ed, Richard, and Luis, if you’re planning a kitchen or bath remodel.
