We are currently remodeling a home in Agua Dulce and my wife and I visited Pacific Sales in Valencia to look for kitchen appliances and plumbing fixtures. Maria Goldstein was so wonderfully helpful in assisting us with the kitchen. She was very detail oriented and her thoughtfulness, patience and keen expertise made the experience very special for us. Luis Lopez in the plumbing department worked tirelessly to help us assemble dozens of pieces of plumbing fixtures and the connectors necessary to make them all work. Another plus: he spoke to us in ways where we could easily understand how the plumbing puzzle fit together. Great communication skills. Both Maria and Luis worked hard to get us the best and most competitive pricing for all of the items purchased which we very much appreciated. We also got to meet Edward Mitchell, the General Manager of Pacific Sales who epitomized the thoughtful and professional customer care that we received as part of our visits. Great people, great products, fair pricing and great follow-ups. A first class experience!

I worked with Luis and Armando for plumbing upgragdes in my house. They were both extremely helpful and knowledgable. When the manufacturer was running behind on ship dates for my order, Armando worked with me to meet a deadline and fulfill the order with a upgrade that trully showed amazing customer service. Always prefer to buy local and work with specialists. In addition, One of my bathrooms had an old shower valve that was hard to identify. They both took the time to research the part and got back to me with part #'s and trim available for that kit so I would not need to change the valve out, even though Pacific Sales doens't sell trim for that old valve I had. So helpful! I am extremely grateful. Thanks guys!

I bought an oven from them five months ago and the control panel went out. Things happen. But I will say that Maria really helped get to think fixed as fast as they could. That's why I like this place they stand behind what they sell and they help get it fixed if something goes wrong. Highly recommend.
