We are remodeling our kitchen and wanted to upgrade our appliances. Maria was very helpful and patient with all of our questions and kept us aware of price increases and available promotions as we progressed through our decision-making process.
Our appliances are now on order ... and Maria once again stepped up to supply specs to our contractors building the kitchen.
We purchased a gas stove top, vent hood, refrigerator, freezer, speed oven, microwave, warming drawer and dishwasher.

Several years ago we bought an expensive Brizo kitchen faucet set from Pacific Sales. We recently had a failure of the spray head and Richard and Armando from Pacific Sales ordered one for us, but it would take quite a while to get in, so they disassembled their own unit in stock to give us the spray head to get us back in business. They also gave us detailed lessons in how to attach the hoses, which went without a hitch when we got home. We are long-time customers, and have always had great service and solid products. This time they really went out of their way.
