Excellent store. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff, very positive experience.
I don't appreciate walking into the store and finding 2 employees on their cellphones. As soon as they saw me, they put them away. They shouldn't have their cellphones while working. Doesn't look good

I had an issue with my BIOS which HP could not readily resolve remotely. So they advise me to take my laptop to the Geek Squad, suspecting a probable hardware related problem.
I took it into Best Buy, and the technician resolved the matter in under ten minutes.
Needless to say, I was one contented customer.
