Worst Customer Service. I came in to purchase a TV that can double as a computer monitor. I asked the salesperson in the TV section. She put her phone away and told me to buy a OLeD. Then went in the back to literally hide from helping me. I find an open box item, notice it’s missing some small parts and ask if it can be marked down a little more as it’s marked excellent open box, but missing its stand and has some scratches and is dirty. She says NO, won’t mark it down to good or fair. Says it’s already cheaper than full price, DUH it’s open box, but Excellent means it has everything and looks great. This Best Buy honestly has the worst Customer Service. June 2026..
Came out yesterday Ed assisted us, great guy answered all our questions, was working with two customers at the same time (us and another couple). Handled everything like a professional, thank you Ed.
They even carried my TV to my truck. Great price, open box.
