The store needs to solve the Amazon problem they have in regards to when you make a purchase on Amazon you cannot send family members to pick up orders. There is no way currently to communicate to Best Buy to add a name to the order even when you follow their instructions to message Amazon. Paid for a pickup order could not pick it up the same day despite following their instructions to communicate with Amazon to add a name to order. When you cancel the order your money gets returned and 5 to 7 business days. They take my money quickly would not let me pick up my order and make me wait 5 to 7 business days to get my money back. I drove over to Walmart which is across the street and bought a bigger TV at a lower price thanks Best Buy!
An effective response to this message would surprise me.

Got a CarPlay system installed into my old Toyota and it came out perfectly. He even was able to get the charging port into an unused port of my car. Very clean and impressive work!

I’ve called multiple times trying to get a hold of a representative and no one answering can’t get a hold of a customer service representative and I haven’t been able to pick my phone up. And I was transferred to someone from India and different places and they didn’t have no actual information about the store
