We recently purchased a radio and what we needed to install it. The guy at the Apple Valley store gave us a wrong part AND told us the wrong price information regarding the installation. My Husband attempted to install the radio, realized we had the wrong part. I brought everything back to the Victorville store, the gentleman brought me back to installation, and Mike helped me tremendously! He told me what we needed, I ordered the part, he told me how much it would be for him to install the radio, which we, did AND it was significantly less than what we were originally told. Radio is now installed and everything works! Honestly, his customer service was amazing. Thank you again for helping us!
