The Geek squad was awesome and got advice 3 other businesses were trying to charge me for. I need to update and get a new rig or two. Security was nice as well
I didn’t expect to be profiled the moment I walked in. I was dressed casual , calm, and simply asked where the microwaves were. No one else was approached when they walked in just me. As soon as I got to the section, an overweight employee with beard and glasses said “10-4” on his walkie and then pretended to offer help.
It was clear I was being quietly flagged and watched not helped. I wasn’t acting suspicious. I just carry myself with presence. And apparently, in this store, a woman who leads with confidence and composure is enough to trigger insecurity.
Do better. Customers can feel when they’re being managed instead of respected.
They are trying to help you what ever you need
Customer Service was great and the product we were looking for was there, a privacy glass protector for an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Selection is good but the customer service was great
