On my most recent visit, I needed a new laptop charger and ended up browsing way longer than planned—there’s always something interesting to check out. The store is easy to navigate, clean, and the displays are well-organized.
The staff were friendly and helpful without hovering. When I had a question, someone was quick to assist and point me in the right direction. Checkout was smooth, even during peak hours.
Beyond the usual electronics, I was impressed with their selection and prices on kitchen appliances. There were some genuinely good deals on name-brand items—worth a look if you’re upgrading or replacing anything.

A few items were out of stock, and the mobile phone section could use a little more attention, but that’s understandable if they’re short-staffed.

I made an appointment with Geek Squad at 1:40 p.m. I arrived on time, but I didn’t get seen until 2:20 p.m. It took a long time, but other than that, they were very helpful. My daughter cracked the screen, and they fixed it right away. Thank you!
