Best Buy Victorville

I came into this Best Buy location to purchase a washer and dryer combo when I paid for the washer dryer nearly $2000 the cashier asked me to park in front so they could load it on my truck, as I was getting my truck ready I had removed a small piece of wood and left on the floor which I was going to put back once they loaded my purchase, the employee that goes by the name of Michael walks out of the store and shouts at me in a very rude way (are you just going to leave your F ing garbage laying around!)So I asked is that anyway to talk to a Best Buy customer that just spent nearly $2000, he said that doesn’t matter you can’t leave your f-ing garbage laying around and takes a picture of my truck and then tells me I’m illegally parked and that he is going to call the police (the nerve of this guy), so I mentioned to him that your cashier told me to park there to load up the washer and dryer I just paid for, than as my family walked out he starts telling me you need to show your kids that you can’t do that! That’s when I really got upset and told him he doesn’t need to tell me how to raise my kids and he needs to show his kids what to do, so then he tells me he doesn’t have kids he is only 22 whatever that means in this guys mind, I told him I’m 51 and old enough to be his dad and show some respect he proceeded to giggle as to make fun of me, and then he tells me I’m not aloud in the store, just for the record I have been a customer of Best Buy for over 30 years not to mention I have bought appliances in several Best Buy stores in the past few months totaling over $6000, this boy Michael needs to be terminated or at the least reprimanded, I have a business of my own and I would never ever treat a customer in that matter and if one of my employees where to do that they would be terminated on the spot, if anyone in corporate reads this review please take action, I am beside myself with this experience I will be contacting the corporate office regarding this experience until action is taken and I doubt I will do business with any Best Buy location until I here that something has been done regarding this individual.

Awesome customer service

Easy smooth experience.

Found range we liked, but they were out of stock. They did not know when they were going more stock. We went across street found similar range at Lowes and ordered it. Service at best buy was fine.
