Best Buy Victorville

I would give them zero stars if I could, I purchased a tv for my garage but didn’t have space for at the time so l left it in the box unopened in a spare bedroom. I opened it 19 days later and found the tv has a broken screen. I seen they had a 15 day return policy but figured they would make it right surely they wouldn’t sell a broken tv and not so anything. I was wrong! they told me not only because it’s out of the 15 day policy, but even if I was within the 15 days they don’t return items that are physically broken period even if had got the extended warranty they offer. That means I could have took it home and opened that day seen it broken and they still wouldn’t do anything for me as they are doing now. Now I am out $200+ and they are telling me there’s nothing I can do about it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a tv or anything else for that matter from Best Buy they have the worst return policy and the fact that not even a warranty they offer would help is mind blowing to me, don’t risk it buy a tv from a store that stands by there products

Well stocked and clean

The store needs to solve the Amazon problem they have in regards to when you make a purchase on Amazon you cannot send family members to pick up orders. There is no way currently to communicate to Best Buy to add a name to the order even when you follow their instructions to message Amazon. Paid for a pickup order could not pick it up the same day despite following their instructions to communicate with Amazon to add a name to order. When you cancel the order your money gets returned and 5 to 7 business days. They take my money quickly would not let me pick up my order and make me wait 5 to 7 business days to get my money back. I drove over to Walmart which is across the street and bought a bigger TV at a lower price thanks Best Buy! An effective response to this message would surprise me.
