Great service with the guy who sold it to us, but I have had my 3,000 dollar fridge for 2 weeks and it is not dispensing water or ice and they installed it. Now that Im Having problems and LG wants you to pay for them to come out after u have a 2 year warranty with best buy is ridiculous. It should be one phone call and someone is coming to fix your brand new fridge, not 6 phone calls and 3 hours later and still on hold again. Ridiculous should just buy the cheapest fridge they got and save yourself the hassle.

Thank you for reaching out to share your concern with your refrigerator. I can understand as water and ice dispenser in the door can have issues at times with freezing. This can normally be fixed by clearing the ice maker, or it could be a problem with a blocked or kinked water hose. You can certainly reach out for repairs and if LG allows us to we are glad to go out to check on your unit. Please note that the ice maker is considered a consumable part of the refrigerator and may be charged as a repair in some instances. semi OK customer service takes about 10 minutes for someone to actually come help. You unlock a glass cabinet to buy a computer or anything that’s locked behind a cab.
