How do I check product availability at the Visalia Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

I had Great experience at this Best Buy! The staff is super friendly, especially one guy who always goes above and beyond. He hooked us up with the Action camera and even helped me find a juicer online when they didn't have one in stock. Big thumbs up!

I have pre ordered an item. Called up best buy to make sure my order is ready waited 30 min to reach a customer service representative. I had done this to double check my item was ready for pick up,since the items are pre order the representative had informed me my item is ready to pick up and that there would be no issue. Then drove 1.5 hours one way to the store all excited to get my pre order and was informed I cant pick up my item someone and that someone must have gave me the wrong information. This is very unprofessional as I had to take time and drive out of my way for no reason at all. Now I have to come back again and drive a total of 3 hours again because of someone's inadequate knowledge. This is so ridiculous that I will most likely not ever order from here again as this is not the first time this has happened.

Sent me to wrong department when I got there and then said what I went all the way to visalia to get was only sold by private vendors ....waste of time !
