Slow help! But what do you expect from kids that don't want to be there.
Bad customer service at picking up and item, the lady couldn’t help my husband, i couldn’t walk much because I have a spur on my feet so my husband took my ID so he can pick it up, but she told my husband that they don’t care that I have to do it my self even though I was on the car. I think they should of help us by going to my car see if I’m there but no they made me to do it my self so I went , and they said that’s the policy of course I was not going to complain about it in front of my daughter so I decided to ad my review here so they can improve the customer service at the time of picking up and item, because it was not a free item I paid almost 400 for it;.. they could of make an exception and to to my car.. now my feet hurts more because of stepping on a cold weather.

Just usually average best buy store and what not now. lol There lots of Black Friday sales going at the moment and quite a few nice employees that'll actually come by and ask you if ya need any help finding stuff. lol But I sure do miss their old setup with all the dvds and collectibles though. :(

After being a Best Buy member & account holder, Best Buy decided to shut down my Best Buy account because I didn't use my Best Buy card within 1 year. This is the sorriest merchant I've ever handed my hard earned money to. Im glad they shut down my account, less money for them. I give them a quarter of 1 star rating. Just being brutally honest!!
