A Best Buy employee took possession of my open‑box apple watch product (pre‑delivery), and Best Buy has refused to issue my refund even after sending me an email that I would. I’ve spent 2 months trying to get my money back and the situation continues to be handled in bad faith. This has been extremely frustrating, and I strongly caution others about these business practices. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and California DCA for investigation. Order #: BBY01‑807088373487. As of right now i'm out $350 and I have diligently followed up on any information best buy would need.
