Service in the Geek Tech was too ignorant I waited for the longest time and all I wanted was the same phone model replaced in store when I called they said they had it in stock so I headed over just for that and that alone. I thought it would be a quick easy switch, but when they replaced my old phone they factory reset it before telling me in person that they in fact did not even have the same model in store I would have to wait for it to get shipped in I was incredibly pissed because I don't have the extra time to wait. I do my paperwork at my job with my phone and can't afford to miss work without one. I was very upset about her factory resetting it without telling me first so I had no other choice but to take the best buy store credit and buy a whole new phone and not only that but I had to pay for a new screen cover and a new warranty because apparently you need a whole different warranty for just an upgraded version of the same model. It felt like best buy kept jabbing me with extra fees on top of that horrible service from geek squad I ended up paying $400 extra then just getting my phone replaced with the same model and after all that I still had to walk back to the Geek Squad again just to get my SIM card the lady never gave me which was the dumbest part . I'm never going back to that same store again. It was the biggest waste of my time and money I was extremely polite the whole time too trying to keep my temper but if it was anyone else it would have went south incredibly quick.

Had what I needed but service was SLOW! Apparently finding someone with keys to open a drawer is hard. 🤷🏼‍♂️
