Sent me to wrong department when I got there and then said what I went all the way to visalia to get was only sold by private vendors ....waste of time !

I recently bought a new desktop and Ethan gave me great customer service. He answered all my questions and let me know the deals going on. In my opinion Ethan deserves a raise. Good work young man!

I came into best buy to try and get my laptop fixed that I’ve only just purchased about a month and a half ago i went to geek squad and tried to get help with fixing my laptop he told me i needed a receipt so he told me to get one from customer service i came and stood in line for Over 10 min with no one in line as I’m writing this review and still have not been helped worst customer service the cashier called me his bro very unprofessional setting .
