I've had some bad luck with online computer help, ripped off $300. For a virus protection software that froze my computer... So I wanted a hands on tech to install a trustworthy antivirus program. The sweetest, kindest, (most pregnant) young lady, at Best Buy Visalia restored my faith in tech staff. I didn't see her name but she was so helpful and assuring and she secured my computer. I sincerely recommend the Best Buy's Geek Squad, well, at least the very pregnant member who wears the huge smile.

To the point: Manager Murdoc Mabry of the Geek Squad in the Best Buy Visalia Store restored my confidence in purchasing at any national retailer. I am a senior citizen, and a bit challenged in terms of the ongoing trends in basic media equipment. I discontinued Xfinity Cable solely due to the rising cost of basic programming packages, and I learned that my television set in my "man cave" is outdated and not able to link to my Xfinity wireless. Nick in the Geek Squad Customer Service area and Zamiel in Home Theatre did everything possible to help, and Manager Murdoc Mabry did everything he could do to present my options. Shane in Home Theatre was very informative and after being informed I was on a tight budget, made sure that I purchased the correct... new LG 32" television set! Nobody tried to over-sell me, and I was treated like I am the most important customer in the store. I hope the regional manager gets an opportunity to review my post, and thanks to the corporate managers of Best Buy for the amazing shopping experience. Best, Neil Glotzer Visalia, California

I found a lg g4 on bestbuy.com for 1246 dollars used. I have the the lg c4 that cost the same price. I returned the c4 to buy the g4 and the lady in the store tried to mark up the price to over 1500 dollars. I explained and had shown the web site price marked for this particular store in visalia and she said she didnt know whats going on with that site but its not the price. She then said its for delivery online price only, to which I then showed her that it isnt available to be bought online and says only available in her visalia store. She said no still after showing two different supervisors. I called the best buy hotline and they were more confused than I it seemed, and couldnt understand why they were doing this to me. I specifically asked if i had done something wrong to be treated In this manner and both of them said i did nothing wrong. I brought my tv all the way down to the store and returned it only for them to rudely treat me In this manner. I was given dirty unwelcoming looks from the get go to which i do not understand. Everything in these stores is documented with sound and video so please best buy play it all back for the world to see that I was courtious and polite as could be considering. I put two stars instead of one as the 1800 person i spoke to ethan had tried to help me and was very comphorting to me about the way I was treated. So remember folks in the future if online it says specifically in your local bestbuy a certain price they can tell you a much different price and be rude to you as well for no reason at all. This is unreal!!

Rachel Germaine was our sales advisor and she was excellent. She was very professional and understanding. We are very happy with our new iPad Pro and important accessories. Rachel explained what we would need and how to use the accessories. Rachel is the reason we had such a good experience.
