What a waste of my time! They have been giving the runaround with the Seitch 2 Joycons. Item was purchased this past November and about a month later I came back with a no responding jog on issue. Their fix was, put in a work order for new ones. Here I am over a month later, keep getting sent the wrong controllers because they don’t have the part. When calling the 1800 phone number they tell me the store should be fixing this matter. The store basically says, it’s been two months since the purchase so I can’t return the item. I bought the extended warranty so I can only send the console for repairs and not the joy cons since they are considered accessories. The whole “If we can’t fix the issue you can’t just get a new one is BS!” All they offered was keep ordering the joy cons until I get the right part. Never buying from this Best Buy again, Pasadena has much better costumer service but in all honesty, I’m considering BBuy as a whole as not an option for our family. The Geek Squad Manager is a lady that won’t even show her freaking face to acknowledge you are there. Do better Best Buy!!
To start with i had to return a laptop that didnt have it's components installed properly. Then I was almost told I had to get something there if I wanted my money back. Then I looked for a 3.0 usbc cord. I looked for over an hour. And all the employees just watched and avoided me. Even when I asked for help, I was given little more than an annoying gestures or outright disdain. When I finally found the cord, I was told they didnt have. The box was damaged and I had to double check it was correct and worked before I left. Never going back to this best buy.
