Employees were very adamant on me getting the Best Buy plan when I don’t live in the country then when I checked out because I didn’t get the plan they didn’t want help me set up the new laptop I just bought and said I can just do it at home but the last time I got my laptop here in 2019 everyone was helpful.

I needed to get an item locked behind a glass case. The associate working behind the counter named Connor told me he was about to go on lunch break and I would need to ask the hostess/greeter in order to get in queue for someone to unlock the item.
Hostess was talking about homeless people to another employee. Told me they will call someone. I am currently writing this review while waiting. It has been 15 minutes and I have not been able to get the one item I came here for.
Now at 25 minutes and I am still waiting! A second lady told me she was on lunch. Lovely. Perhaps I will get my item by the time they close.
