Purchased a $1400+ phone and asked if I could spend 5 minutes transferring my data from my old phone to new phone. They said "No that's not possible. We can have geek squad do it for you at a cost of $50." These incompetent, unreliable salesman's have no clue what they are doing or saying. I don't need assistant I need both devices for 5 minutes. This will be my last purchase with the entire company. One person said they would help me so I deleted almost everything from my phone but then other manager came back and said " no it's still going to be $50"

I had a good experience at Best Buy. We went in looking for a gas line for our dryer. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the exact fitting that matched our unit, but the staff was still very helpful and kind while assisting us and trying to find a solution.
The store itself was nice and clean, and the employees were friendly and willing to help even though we didn’t end up finding the part we needed. It’s still a great place to shop for electronics and appliances, and I’d definitely come back in the future.
