This store has really went down hill, fully staffed store all hanging out with each other. We went in to buy an Iwatch, asked for help and none were willing to help. They said they would call someone over, which never happened. Looks as if no management is present to sad this use to be a nice store…save your self the bad experience drive to glendora BestBuy where employees are happier

Where Lines Go to Die Over 10 people in line. One register open. And a small army of employees in blue shirts standing around doing absolutely nothing except perfecting the art of looking useless. This wasn't understaffing -- this was fully staffed incompetence. Plenty of workers available, zero common sense applied. Customers stacking up while employees just... existed. At no point did anyone think, "Hey, maybe we should open another register." Nope. Just let the line grow and pretend it's not happening. Bold strategy. It's honestly impressive how a major retailer can have so many employees on the floor and still manage to operate like a self-checkout with a personality disorder. Shameless. Embarrassing. And a great reminder why people shop online. One star. And that's me being generous

Lined up in the morning for some limited Pokémon trading cards and got the last slip of paper for the purchase of a booster bundle which was numbered 15. When it was finally my turn, the booster boxes were sold out before I could get one. I had seen the last one sold to one other person that had got back in line to double dip which was not fair in my opinion. When asked about what is the point of giving me a paper with the promise to purchase and then not able to fulfill, the person in charge was not able to do anything else for me. Instead of apologizing and admitting to a mistake on their part for managing poorly, he also accused me of already purchasing some product earlier and he can check the cameras to verify everything. Um ok sure. I just want to let you know that something needs to change to ensure this doesn't happen again. I'm not sure if they miscounted, sold to someone else who didn't have a paper, lost it, poorly managed. This doesn't happen at costco and Sam's Club where one manager just keeps track of taking the paper and giving product. They also don't allow people to purchase multiple items through out the day. This situation left me dissatisfied with bestbuys service. The only good thing was a different employee saw what happened and went in the back to try to find out what happened but was only able to sell me a different item which was nice of him.
