AWFUL SERVICE!!!only giving 1 star because I’m not allow to give 0.I placed a order for a TV online on Wednesday and got email about being ready for pick up,went in next day and 2 guys in the pick up area looked at each other and said Tv was not available anymore any a new shipment would come Friday latest sat.never got a email with a status so I called store to check on order and a very rude lady named Maria answered and asked all kinds of questions about my acct to verify me after I told her I do not have an acct and had my order number.she insisted on getting my acct info.her English was not the best and not sure if that was the issue but she was getting loud as I kept on telling her I just wanted a status on my order and had my order number.she clearly lack customer service and resolving skills so I end up cancelling my order.I can see why store has the bad reviews and rating it has.
Went inside to do a return, was denied because their “system was down” then was told it was too many orders (2 orders btw) then was told too many items per order after suggesting only returning 1 order. Online reps are telling me return instore, instore is telling me return online. Makes sense….

Employees were incredibly helpful when we bought a new TV. Their knowledge and lack of being pushy about anything was thoroughly appreciated. We ended up getting a TV, soundbar, and Govee lights that are a better experience watching than any movie theater! Thank you to the Best Buy staff for the excellent service.
