I recently ordered some new headphones. excited to get my new product, I tried following the online prompts. changing my address because I recently moved, I was unable to change my address efficiently. after an hour of searching the website which isn't helpful, I changed my address only for it to revert back to my previous address after purchasing. customer support wasn't helpful as they couldn't change the address even though the product hasn't shipped yet. and now receiving an email saying they can't change it and it I want the product I paid for... I have to go to my previous residence to fetch my product, or wait a week for it to return so I can get a refund. The worst customer service I've ever had to experience unfortunately.
