Extremely disappointed with Best Buy’s customer service.
I purchased a charging cable to transfer data from my laptop to my iPhone, but received completely inconsistent information from two employees in the same store — one said the cable supports data transfer, another said it does not. Because of that confusion, I had to go back inside immediately to double-check, since I already wasted time coming here and did not want to return again later.
I waited over 15 minutes in line, while multiple employees were clearly standing around at checkout and in other areas doing nothing. I politely asked if someone could help me return the item I just paid for and exchange it for the correct one. The response I got was ridiculous:
“You have to go back to the line and wait again, or come back another day.”
Is something wrong with the staff here?
I don’t have unlimited time, and it’s extremely frustrating to see employees being idle while refusing to assist a customer with a simple exchange. Best Buy is paying salaries for employees who choose not to help customers.
This is basic customer service failure.
I expected far better from a major retailer like Best Buy. Completely unacceptable.

They had what I needed in stock, mostly, however, getting help on the sales floor was a bit slow. The customer service lines moved quickly.

The most disgusting place, there is no customer service at all, the employees do not work, if you want to buy something in the store you have to wait 2-3 hours to be served 🤬

Flirty co workers. I don’t know what the policy is for Work romances but it was really uncomfortable. I had gotten a christmas gift I wanted to return and as i was returning them a really short girl was being flirty with the dude that was helping me out. I felt like I was in between their conversation. I don’t know if i’d ever return again especially after an awkward encounter.
