This place is expensive and overpriced
Omg, the manager in the pick up area was on point, and I pointed her out as a manager immediately, not because she avoided me or did something wrong. She walked over, quickly observed what was going on and immediately offered to help me. I was next in line and I had just walked up. I was not in a rush.
To the management team - this was a good hire. She said, "I hate to see people waiting". She had a great attitude and it totally countered a previous horrible situation years ago at a different Best Buy. My personal boycott is over because of her, and I'm looking for an 80" Samsung so I'll be back soon.
...oh and thank you for having my Samsung 4 ear buds 2 days before they were released too.
Hice la pre orden de un dispositivo La cual esperaba con ansias luego me di cuenta que me hicieron la orden incorrecta, cuando se lo comenté a la persona que me hizo la orden de una forma prepotente y cortante me dijo que era la orden correcta muy mala experiencia.
Can’t ever buy any PS5 games cuz they never have anything is stock. BB is a sad place these days. Honestly who’s shopping here and for what????
