We had an outstanding experience at Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home in Woodland Hills. The selection is excellent, but what really made the difference was the exceptional customer service.
Alex went far above and beyond to help us with our appliance order. He was incredibly patient, responsive, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. He took the time to answer all of our questions, offered helpful recommendations without any pressure, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
We also want to recognize Vans, who previously helped us with another appliance order. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, explained the different options clearly, and helped us make the right decisions for our home.
It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers, and both Alex and Vans delivered a level of service that exceeded our expectations.
