Store handled my exchange incorrectly which cost me $150. The manager blamed online Best Buy for the issue and said it would be fixed with a phone call. When calling customer support online, they stated the store processed the exchange incorrectly and were at fault and that there is nothing that could be done. Costly error and will not be making purchases at Best Buy again after this runaround

Amazingggggg customer service. I really appreciate Nicholas and Tyson for helping me with my purchase. They were very kind and professional. I've been to a lot of bestbuy's, i never felt like I'm welcomed. But in this store, the moment i stepped foot Nicholas(Manager) welcomed me as if I'm walking in to my Home. This place has an amazing Positive vibe. Great team, thank you guys. Keep up the wonderful vibes and god bless. 🙏

Adrian, Manny and Liam did a terrific job with us today, bought AV receiver and laptop. At first we went into the store , there's a greeter we appreciate that. We went to the left back corner of the store to where the sound system is, I did call attention of the 2 guys heading to their backroom but seems like they didn't see/hear me. Went to the 2swing door of the backdoor and Adrian notices me and ask if I need help and I said yes then he called somebody, then manny came and assisted us, I was looking to laptop and Adrian assisted me to pick what's best for my needs,all throughput experience dismayed at first, but with the help of 3 men as mention over all best experience with their manager Jay, told my concern and says will give credits with the 3mens with their great job assisting customers satisfaction.
