I went there recently to buy a better tv for gaming, and an employee named kai immediately knew what tv I needed when I asked him for the best tv for gaming, excellent service, and at check out another employee named Nicholas was extremely helpful at check out, very good customer service 🫡👍🏽
Store handled my exchange incorrectly which cost me $150. The manager blamed online Best Buy for the issue and said it would be fixed with a phone call. When calling customer support online, they stated the store processed the exchange incorrectly and were at fault and that there is nothing that could be done. Costly error and will not be making purchases at Best Buy again after this runaround
