BEWARE. Just bought a new computer for my mom from here. The computer is fine. And the inital worker that helped me was fine, they seemed very knowledgeable. However, a second worker came by and LIED TO MY FACE. I have only used apple products in the past, so i was unsure of what HP, Lenovo, and other products come with. The supervisor told me that no computers other than Apple have antivirus or any sort of protection. Then goes to tell me that ONLY Apple has that built in. I questioned him on this, and he stood his ground. I was too trusting, so I ended up buying Microsoft 365, once i went home and did some additional research, this guy just blatantly lied to my face. Im pretty pissed bc if I couldn't return it, id be out $180. This is such scummy business practice. The guy didn't even use verbal tricks, he just lied. I get its probably policy to sell microsoft 365 and other additional antiviral subscriptions, however, this guy did not need to take advantage of me.
