Purchased an "Open box" TV from here in "good" condition which ended up being a display item that had no remote or legs. I found out it had 6,000 hours on it so I returned it. The store should've said it was USED not open box!

My cars infotainment system glitched. Began dinging every 30 seconds and putting an alert over my speedometer "uneven road ahead" it needed and update so I went to get a usb when I spoke to a guy at the geek squad desk. He mentioned just resetting the whole system after backing it up to my phone. The dealership wanted $200 and my car for several days cause they were backed up. This GeekSquad guy is the man. Saved me money and got rid of the annoying ding. Thanks brother!
