I bought appliances, they were courteous and helpful. The appliances were delivered when they promised they would be delivered and the installers were very efficient and knowledgeable. They did a very good job. All in all, it was a very good experience. Thank you, Best Buy.
Made an appointment for a battery replacement for my phone, called in, waited on hold for a while, they said to come on in, they can take care of that. Got there and they told me the guy was on lunch, need to wait 40 mins, they will do it when they get back. Came back 30 mins later, waiting another 15 mins. They help another customer who had an appointment after me since it “will be quick”. Then finally they tell me sorry we don’t do battery replacements right now. Wasted over an hour of my time and the manager wouldn’t help me at all. Can’t recommend.

I bought the AirPod pro but wasn't informed that I needed an Apple phone to find the case if lost.
