When you needed something best, buy was always the best place to go for electronics. Now the place really has not too much other than a few high-end things and lots of tvs. They've closed so many locations.I don't think they're gonna be around much longer.

The entire staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process, ensuring we got exactly what we needed. Not to mention, they took the time to review and optimize our plans, helping us reduce our monthly bill for an even better price. Wonderful staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in 3 times to learn more about the TV that’s best for my home. The greeters from the front door pointed me to the right direction and called an associate immediately to help me each time. The sale associates were equally helpful, gave me good information to make the right choice, never pushy or stuck on a particular brand or TV. They spent time helping me out. The store is big and stocked with a large selection of demos. My experience was excellent from start to finish.

Geek squad service is terrible and way overpriced. Minimum wait even with appointment is 45 mins, plus u have to come back in a few hours to pick up ur repaired phone. Went to a local store instead ( irepair in yorba linda), highly recommend. For the same screen replacement i saved over a hundred bucks going to them rather than geeksquad.
