We had an amazing experience at this location! We originally came in to purchase a new phone, and thanks to the exceptional service, we ended up walking out with two phones at an unbeatable deal. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process, ensuring we got exactly what we needed. Not to mention, they took the time to review and optimize our plans, helping us reduce our monthly bill for an even better price. A special thanks to Hamid for going above and beyond, his kindness and knowledge made our experience truly delightful. We couldn’t be happier with our purchases and will definitely be returning in the future!

Wonderful staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in 3 times to learn more about the TV that’s best for my home. The greeters from the front door pointed me to the right direction and called an associate immediately to help me each time. The sale associates were equally helpful, gave me good information to make the right choice, never pushy or stuck on a particular brand or TV. They spent time helping me out. The store is big and stocked with a large selection of demos. My experience was excellent from start to finish.

Geek squad service is terrible and way overpriced. Minimum wait even with appointment is 45 mins, plus u have to come back in a few hours to pick up ur repaired phone. Went to a local store instead ( irepair in yorba linda), highly recommend. For the same screen replacement i saved over a hundred bucks going to them rather than geeksquad.

Let’s start off by saying it’s way too many people working for how slow it is in here. Now from the second I walked in this store I was greeted and I really just came in to look at a Mac to see which one no wanted to buy. After being asked if I needed help from 5 different people . It was the worst secret security officer flowing me around every section mind you I’m black and this is Yorba linda not a good look. I ended buying a case anyway. But will not be returning to this store unless it’s to return a big purchase .
