Came to this Best Buy location to pick up an iPad and I got horrible service when I got here. The store was empty not an employee to be seen and when I walked up to the order pick up no employee was there but on the customer service side there was an older employee assisting a different customer he saw me waiting there and decided to ignore me instead of getting a different employee to help me he decided to still ignore me. I waited there for 20-25 mins until finally another employee came out from the back and assisted me. Why did I have to wait this long for a simple order pickup of 1 item? Once I got my iPad I did notice the box looked like it was tampered with since both seals on the top and bottom can be peeled and put back easily and the bottom of the box looked like they dragged it on the floor it was dirty and stained. Time will tell I guess if there is any long term internal damage to the iPad. Best Buy this location needs some major work!

Terrible service. The cashier is crazy, they said if you do not open a Bestbuy credit card, they can not sell you. They said they can get credit on applying Bestbuy credit card. No way!

Service was terrible. I walked in on a Tuesday 4pm when no was there with my laptop looking for a case today. Walked straight up to the workers and told them, “Hey, I’m looking for a cover or a case for my laptop” and proceeded to hold up my laptop to them. Not one employee reached out to even look, but told me to get a 14 inch cover, and didn’t even help me look. I then proceeded to check out the PC parts, and again I received no help when attempting to buy a new GPU. Best Buy, please get your act together as me and my family will never be shopping here again at this location. Please don’t waste peoples time, and please train your employees better!
