Pretty good, could have suggested a more popular product then what I was using, later I returned my purchase and really wanted to buy a table that day..... Confused but I now have 100 dollars worth of things I could probably do with out.
Rude customer service. Keeps finding a reason to disconnect the call. Interrupts me and tells me im unprofessional when I say "listen to my concern first."
They hired Roadie and DoorDash to deliver my package and lost it. Now I can't refund it because I don't have the item and they are basically telling me that I'm screwed regardless.
I asked for same day or next day delivery because I have an overseas trip and now that the item is missing. They can't simply send me a replacement which I paid for with same day delivery.
They are saying it will take two weeks which is already after my vacation.
Rudest customer service ever. They outsourced people who are rude and use every excuse possible to end the call without helping you.
