Buying items at Best Buy has become an utterly miserable experience. I bought a new Apple Watch online for pickup thinking it would be an easy in and out. Traded my old watch in. 30 minutes while they tried to figure out how to process the exchange. Another 15 while they figured out how to print me a receipt for my trade in.
Don't buy there $178 plan because they can't price match in store. You gotta stay on the 1888 number customer service line for a hour to price match anything.

145pm 11/20/24 I went in to buy a tv. I know what I want, I merely wanted to see it in person. Several models weren't labeled, 2 of us were waiting to talk to someone about ordering while salesman was screwing around w somebody asking questions the answers are available to online or read the sign. He said sorry we are short. Well now your short 2 Sales. I was ready to purchase a 75 inch. Samsung and the guy next to me wanted a 75 inch Tc. L, we both left empty handed. Good luck, best buy you need to treat people who actually come to the store better. I don't know why there's two employees sitting at the front of the store.Doing nothing when you're not capturing business.

TV had pixelation malfunction had warranty geek squad took a look at it and were able to replace the TV for me instead of trying to fix it
