If I could rank it 0 stars I would. What a horrible way to operate a major business. Bought a Rexing dash cam recently and had installed at their installation bay. The young man who did the installation was very nice. Installation was very clean and well done. He indicated he formatted the camera and it was good to go. As soon as I got home went through all the brochures and directions provided. I soon discovered that my camera and phone were not connecting. Read and reread directions and could not link the two together. I called Best Buy and spoke with one of their sales people, explained my situation to him and he told me to return to installation and they would sync it up for me. Arrived at the store, went to installer and was told he had no idea how to sync them up and even if he did he wouldn't because his job was just to install. I went back to car and called again and was told by person on phone that if I came in store they could help. I went in and was again told there was nothing they could do. I ask to speak to manager on duty. Met by Evan ( wearing Geek Squad polo ) who told me nothing he could do. I thought that was Geek Squad's area of expertise. Not so much. I've never been treated with less enthusiasm by a store full of tech experts. If you buy a product from Best Buy, hope for the best, but plan on the worst.
Ordered and paid for their last phone in stock at this location, used that "order and pickup" option for purchase, which says orders will be fulfilled within an hour in most cases. This location has more staff in the building than there are customers, like 10-15 or so and had still been waiting for over an hour for a staff member to make my item avaliable for pickup. Not pleased with this location at all. Go to a better BestBuy
I ordered a phone. The website said it would be delivered on 3/11. I had to wait all day because it required a signature. Now they're telling me I need to wait again tomorrow.
Thanks for the offer to look into it. I don't do Facebook or Instagram.
As an update, I waited all day on 3/12, and the phone was still not delivered. All day both the Best Buy website and the OnTrack website said it was out on a truck, out for delivery and would be delivered that day. It was not delivered. This is absolutely out of control, ridiculous, and completely unacceptable.

Wanted inexpensive speakers and had two on display priced for sale, associates told me yes we have them listed for sale but are sold out and won't be getting anymore, and refuse to sell me the floor models. Why have them listed for sale with a price tag?
