Avi was absolutely incredible yesterday. Truly a 5 star experience. He took the time to understand my concern, listened, and worked with me to find an equitable solution that worked for everyone. I have my issues with Best Buy on this one, they were trying to short change me on a Geek Squad Protection plan, but Avi was patient and really wanted to help. He didnt quit. Ive very grateful, he obviously takes pride in caring for customers, you could really tell. He didnt talk AT me like the other manager, who tried to brush me aside and send me to the customer service phone line. Today it seems everyone in customer care is trying to pass the problem on to someone else, but Avi isnt like that. I hope great things come your way man, you absolutely deserve it with your work ethic. Thank you again.
