The Lively phone for seniors customer service is the worst ever. Stacie just decided to hang up, then the next operator hung up for Stacie. I had to call 4 times to finally get Mark, who was absolutely amazing. He was going to let me speak to the supervisor about Stacie but Kevin had no time for that lmao Seniors deserve better customer service. I will be putting my dad on my phone plan moving forward and this phone can go in the trash where it belongs

Great customer service experience from the time I entered the store. The salesman helped me locate the right appliance while not pressuring me. I will return!
