How do I check product availability at the Aurora Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Aurora Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Went in to get a new phone yesterday and i specifically wanted a green one. They didn't have the color I wanted but I was fine with that and made the purchase anyways. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lady that helped me but she was able to put in a order for me for the green phone I wanted! So sweet and unexpected, she didn't have to do that but so awesome that she did. Thank you so much!

We went in today to buy an air fryer toaster oven combo after doing a lot of research. The product we wanted was in a really high spot we couldn’t access so we asked for help. They told us to wait for help near that section. 20 minutes later, they never came to help us. We left. I would say zero stars if I could. What a waist of time. The worst experience. Never again.

I had purchased about a $600 remote car start system. It was scheduled for April 30th they rescheduled it for May 1st at 9:15 in the morning. This store location doesn't open till 10 a.m. on this particular day that they scheduled it for. I had a previous run-in with this store where they were very reluctant to help me 10 minutes prior to closing while three gentlemen were watching the Super Bowl. Needless to say they lost their purchase and a customer to this specific location. This location really needs to do better
