Well, Best Buy has great products. I was there to see the Geek Squad. My husband purchased a dyson cordless vacuum for me and I brought it in for a replacement part. However, once I started working with a representative, I was informed that they cannot order just a replacement part and that the entire vacuum needed to be sent in for servicing. I found this annoying and inconvenient. No where in my paperwork does it state that the whole vacuum would need to be physically sent in for service anytime you have an issue. I was then told it would take 2-4 weeks to get my vacuum returned. It boggles my mind that they were unable to a replacement part, especially because it was just one of the vacuum heads.
So far , not impressed with the five year geek squad warranty that my husband purchased. We shall see how long it takes for them to get my vacuum back.
I will say the Geek Squad customer service in person was fantastic, and the guy was truly empathic.

UPDATE: Kristy from corporate customer services made it right and fixed the problem immediately. So 5 stars for Best Buy as a whole. This store however, the original review still stands. ORIGINAL: I will never shop at this location again. I had already purchased a 400 dollar tablet while at the store. I decided to grab a new headset as well. The headset I wanted was a steel series arctis nova pro. I located them in the store, the price tag says arctic nova pro on 209.99. I got to the counter and it rang up at 309. I told the cashier the tag said 209 and even showed her. Name matched, the box matched, color matched. She scanned it again and said no it's 309. I pointed out the tag and everything matched. She dug around behind the other head sets until she found the one it was supposed to be. Which there was only one of. The entire row displayed was the one I picked. She would not honor the price displayed and said the manager also will not honor it. I am considering canceling the tablet sale now as well. I will not support a business that will not honor their displayed prices as federal law mandates.
