Went at this best buy last 7/5/26 to buy a go pro a sale rep name akanbi try to help me. Took him couple of minutes to figure out where it is. When he figured its insde the glass thing. He doesnt know how to open and close the alarm thing. Have to call somebody else. When they get to open it. They cant find it. Check on the back i waited for quite awhile. Then told me they dont have it. Online it say they did have it , oh well its fine i left and i just ordered it online. I came again today 7/13 to return a go pro water protective case that i dont need he’s the one that help me again. And AGAIN DOESNT know what on earth is he doing. I have 3 items on me receipt and he put a arm wrist as my return . I told him thats not what i return. He said it is. I showed him i return a protective case its STATING on the receipt SAME AS THE ITEM IM RETURNING ITS STATING OUTSIDE THE BOX ITS PROTECTIVE CASE IF HE JUST PAY ATTENTION!! the guy on the front who welcome people at best buy is sooo nice . But avoid that AKANBI. Worst!

Walked passed so many sales people, and not one helped us! I had to walk over to their group huddle with their buddies to get help! Really? When I finally got someone, he reluctantly helped us with little info or knowledge. Would think they would know about tv's! Was a joke! Would have left of we hadn't already looked at Walmart with nothing really. But their help was so much better! They didn't act like they where interrupted their story they where telling, and annoyed! Would have done Amazon but wanted it that day! Bad mistake
