Hello, thank you to both Amir and Raf for making things easy today for my best friend and I for an oven purchase. Respectfully, Philip

RAF was super helpful and so was the manager Amir in getting me a refrigerator I needed

"Oh yeah we have Switch 2s you can buy for the Legend of Zelda 40th anniversary edition, we get them in tomorrow" - And then, when they open, they tell myself and nine other people that it is actually only preorders being filled and the extras are for launch night. Which, would have been fine. Had three employees not told me prior, even that morning, that they would have extras in stock. One even while I was outside the store waiting for them to open. Utterly wasted our time. And then, we ask about the controllers. Okay cool, I can't get the console, but you also said controllers were in stock. At the front desk, we are told we can speak to customer service and get them. At customer service, we are told that "oh no, those are actually only for launch night too". You would think that with everyone gathered, everyone knowing this type of event is coming up in a week, that they would have better coordinated with each other as the staff and also as a company to make sure there weren't angry people who wasted 3 hours sitting outside for a big event like this.
