I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one.
My first visit to Best Buy was very frustrating. I clearly explained the type of cable I needed for my Lenovo ThinkPad docking station, but the employee, who appeared to be a manager, insisted that a regular USB-C cable would work. I even explained that I had already tried that type of cable before and knew it wouldn’t work. Unfortunately, I trusted the advice, purchased it, and it did not work. I wasted both my time and an extra trip to the store.
The only reason I’m leaving this review is because of Dani. When I returned, I explained what I needed, and he immediately understood the issue. Without needing to see pictures or spend a long time troubleshooting, he knew exactly which cable would work. He explained why the original cable wasn’t available and recommended a better alternative that fully supported my docking station and dual monitors. It worked perfectly.
DANY was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Best Buy needs more employees like him, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. AND THE 2 STARS your first guy took those with his less costumer service skill !!!!

They do not honor warranties
It's Best Buy! Pretty much an identical experience at every location.
I have been chasing an out of stock printer for weeks, and the team at this store was patient and extremely helpful! From the time spent helping me understand the difference in the models, to trying to track one down in another state, to loading and unloading a couple printers into my vehicle. So refreshing to have this level of customer service from a young group of customer service associates!! Well Done Best Buy!! Your Team definately sets the bar high! Thank you!!! JJ is the only name I can remember. He and the others earned these 5 stars!!
