It is Black Friday. What I loved about Best Buy was that the sales people were available and were friendly and helped us to make informed decisions for which laptop was best for us.
There is a lot of guy and my wait was like 40 min just for a speaker really

Merely a few days past the 15 day return policy, not 30 like most reputable businesses, and they made it clearly apparent they did not want to help in any way. After they made me stand at the counter for almost 20 minutes (because MY time isn't valuable), the manager on duty, Amir, finally came and was very unprofessional. He looked at me and said "Well what do you want me to do about it?", In a condensing, demeaning tone. As someone with managerial experience, I expect the people in charge to help their customers, not make it feel like we're wasting their time. Amir is a terrible manager, and I'm never going back to best buy again.
