I had a very frustrating experience at Best Buy. I purchased an open-box phone listed in “excellent condition,” which, according to both the receipt and the box, should have included a charger. However, when I got home, I realized no charger was provided.
I called the store, and the employee I spoke with confirmed that it *should* have come with a charger and told me to come back to pick one up. I wasn’t able to return immediately and went back two days later. Unfortunately, the manager I dealt with was very rude and unhelpful. He insisted that I would have to purchase a charger instead, despite what was stated on my receipt and packaging.
After explaining the situation, he finally gave me a used cable that didn’t even properly match the phone (a Samsung A17). This was not an acceptable solution and felt very unprofessional.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The lack of consistency, poor customer service, and failure to honor what was advertised made this a situation I would not expect from Best Buy.

I was welcomed when arriving and asked if I needed help finding anything. I explained what I was looking for and was directed to the location I needed.
Muy buena atención son muy amables
It’s Best Buy. They’re all pretty much the same. I’ve only used this specific location once or twice, but it seems much like all the rest. Good customer service I’d say, in my limited experience here.
