Best Buy Aurora

I visited this Best Buy recently and had a very disappointing experience. I asked to speak with a manager about an issue but the associate FOSTER at the front — a tall Black gentleman — completely brushed me off and refused to get a manager. I wasn’t rude or demanding, just trying to resolve a concern respectfully. What frustrated me most wasn’t the issue itself, but the lack of basic customer service. As someone who’s been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, I expected to be treated with professionalism and courtesy. I hope management takes this seriously and reminds their team that customers have the right to speak with a manager when requested. I truly believe Best Buy can do better.

Store not as busy as in past years

I was in there yesterday and worked with a very helpful young man. He listened to the exact computer issue I was trying to resolve, and picked the right router for my needs.

Every time I come here the staff is nice and helpful and works hard to get me what I want. Other Best Buy’s seem to act like they don’t want me to spend money there
