Alejandro, Thiago, and another gentleman working at the laptop area at the Mississippi location were supremely helpful.
Bought a HP laptop from them and in three months it started having issues. The power light is on but it won’t come on. It happened in the second month and then now this. I’m thinking they sold a bad one to me because I had an accent and thought I wouldn’t be able to have the matter dealt with. How can a new laptop not be able to turn on when you open it?? I am so upset, waste of money, and on top of that their laptops cost so much. I would never recommend that anyone buy from them.
