Yesterday I found an open box deal on an Insignia 7 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer noted in Good Condition.
I brought the unit home, installed it and there was no heat generating inside of the dryer.
I called the Insignia (Best Buy brand) support phone number.
I explained I just bought this dryer and there is no heat.
I was first told I can bring it back to the store and exchange it.
I told them I had a manufacture warranty which with any other brand of appliance, the manufacturer would back their brand and come out and fix it.
A dryer is a large object that weighs over a hundred pounds and not a little Ipad.
After begging for service and explaining I do not want to haul a hundred and twenty pound appliance back to the store because it doesn’t work right after I bought it, support finally created a service ticket to have the dryer repaired, but I have to wait 10 days.
What a deal, I buy an appliance, but I have to wait 10 days to use it.
It is unfortunate that Best Buy is not staffed to support the products they sell in a timely manner which I am surprised they will even service the unit.
If I call LG about my refrigerator, they would send someone out to repair it right away. Not Best Buy.
You get what you pay for and I got a deal on 65” tv for roughly $350! And it works great!
Amazing deals got a 1,300 tv for 380
Very helpful and easy transaction
