If you're interested in buying something here, I would suggest you to do a pick up. They will charge you expensive delivery and installation fees, and will "unexpectedly" reschedule it without giving you any notice nor reason. It has been close to a month and "they are stilling working on my delivery schedule."
I have been dealing with this over the last 2 weeks and I feel like they don't take it seriously. I guess one bad review won't hurt their reputation.
UPDATE 11/23/2024: Today should be the delivery date. And, no update so far. Interestingly, their support team is out for the weekend and they may not get the message until Monday? Why didn't they tell me this?
UPDATE 11/22/2024: I got help after my intial review post. My delivery date was expected to be Saturday. But today, my delivery date is CHANGED, AGAIN after speaking to customer service. He told me he would ensure that the date won't change. But it still changed???
I ordered a TV + $250 for delivery and installation, and I keep getting email of asking me to reschedule and the delivery date also keeps changing. I received NO CALLS regardings that. I called customer service and the lady confirmed FOR SURE this Saturday (11/23/2024) is the final delivery date. Today, I received another email AGAIN that my delivery date is changed to next Monday.
What is going on?

Don’t do it, just don’t. Horrible customer service. No communication on delivery day. It’s just not worth your time. The day the delivery was rescheduled for also didn’t work for them…
