Best Buy Warehouse Aurora

I am being harassed I am being stolen from They keep asking more and more personal information. They will not stop charging me. They said they would refund. I'm being charged every 12 hours. I'm on a disability income. Best Buy is harassing a disabled person who has received no good or services.

Came in at 7:15am for 08:00am appointment and they gave me a dock to get unloaded. 20 minutes later they come to tell me I have to back in to a different dock. After 30 minutes I start getting unloaded. I have been completely empty for 1 hour now so I go inside to tell them my trailer is still locked and light is red. Nobody is in the warehouse it’s a ghost town in there. The cleaning ladies told me they were in a meeting. I then go to the guard house and they radio the warehouse which in turn they say they are still working on paperwork. Its BS nobody is in the warehouse. Been here for 4 hours I am empty locked to the dock waiting.

This is like a secret location. You give your order number through an intercom and back your car into the loading dock. The employees were super-friendly and helped load up my car.

Make sure you have an appointment # starting with 88 89,1002 or else they will not let you in Had a 530am appointment it's now 930 and still here waiting to get fully offloaded. Construction by the entrance makes it a bit confusing but just follow the signs. Overall this place is cheeks 🫡 good luck drivers
