Scheduled an appointment only to be told that they didn’t have any parts. After I finally got off the phone trying to figure out if there was another option for repair they only had one person available. This was a Saturday in the middle of the day.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Ordered a laptop from them to be delivered to my home. They used OnTrac (Fly by night delivery service - their phone number on the website does NOT connect to anyone, the otehr number you can Google gets you to a text chat who told us THREE times, give us 48 hours to find it. #1 - no reply - #2 - it'll be there in 48 hours (and then updated the site to say it was delivered 3 days before) - #3 - we will get you an update in 48n hours to your email. CRICKETS. We tried one more time because they said it was delivered the day before. We got on the text chat and asked "Who signed for this?" Answer: "Give us 48 hours to find your package." Back online - they say "Contact the seller." So I do. Give Best Buy phone service guy the story. His first reply - we can send you another one. ME: Umm, no thanks. Using the same delivery? Are you kidding me. I want my $ back. NOW. Him: Yes, I will process and here is your confirmation number. THAT WAS A WEEK AGO. My Card has not been credited. I am about to call them and let them know about the FRAUD. Hey Best buy - if you want the Order # and confirmation # of the "return" - feel free to reach out. PS - When I told the rep about the OnTrac issue - he immediately apologized and mentioned how they have been a problem. Ummm, you are BEST BUY - try UPS, USPS and FedEX. They are big companies. Like you. Also, google OnTrac and see the number of thefts that have occurred. Best buy: as my grandfather said, if you lie down with dogs, you're gonna get fleas. Also, Best Buy - when you have a "contact us" link; maaybe mix in an email to your service. Not a chatbot or chat that is not always open. Some of us work and can't spend (more) hours getting you to engage in non-deceptive trade practices. Which this is. And carries a hefty legal penalty. Your move.
