Been a Best Buy Customer for over 15 years. This was by far the worst experience. Customer Service is almost non exist anymore. I purchased an open box laptop. I drove over 50 miles each way to pick it up. I spoke to a manger when I picked it up because I was nervous about the purchase. I was assured it was tested and whiped of all previous openers info. Not only was the previous owners Microsoft account still on it, the HDMI port was non functional. I called for Customer support and the 800 number said they could not help me i would have to go all the way back to the store...100 more miles. I wiped the computer and restet it myself and then contacted Dell. They replaced the motherboard to fix the HDMI in 3 days. I contacted a manager at the store and he said if I come back he would refund me 50$ for my trouble. I drove back and a different manager said there was no manager with the name who I talked to and said to call the 800 number there was nothing he could do. Full circle...200 miles driven and hours of my time. Dell in the end saved the day by fixing the laptop. Shame on this store. You left personal data on a computer you resold. Didn't test it ...or not well and left this Customer leaving Best Buy forever.

Zero Stars for Best Buy. Buying & servicing a laptop from this store has been a horrendous experience. Within 2 years my $1000 laptop's keyboard stopped working, the store mgr offered $100 toward a new one or wanted me to pay over $200 to send it to Kentucky just for diagnostics. Please be careful using this store- management & even the corporate office would not remedy this situation. Yet, they want you to buy their inept Geek Squad pkg to supplement their defective products.

Tall gentlemen, didn't catch his name, was super helpful after an employee at Park Meadows best buy sent us on a wild goose chase. The gentleman at the aurora store informed us that because it's the holidays it might be harder to find the oven we're looking for and it'll be best to look for and buy an oven in January. He had the best feedback we could have asked for. Thank you
