Brick and mortar is a fine experience yall just shoot yourselves in the face. No associates anywhere, no product on shelves, yall dont even listen to callous on the walkie from your own associates. Yall got cheap, go the way of circuit city

Before you purchase ANYTHING from Not-Best Buy, consider the fact that you only have a 15 DAY warranty on ANYTHING you purchase here. Unless you would like to pay for an extended (ripoff) warranty, you are out in the cold. You might suggest, but I have a manufacturers warranty and you do…does Not-Best Buy help you at all with that warranty? Nope…you’re on your own with HP or whoever. Do you actually think that you have a chance working with HP or most any manufacturer for a successful warranty claim? So why bother buying from Not-Best Buy? Ya might as well just buy from the cheapest place (probably Amazon) and if you have a warranty problem, call HP because that’s what you’d do with Not-Best Buy…cause they will NOT lift a finger to help you past day 15 anyways.

I went here to get my iPhone battery replaced and speakers cleaned on March 14th. At 1:20pm. I met with the agent at geek squad. He told me it will be 2-3hours. I didn’t get my iPhone back until 6:25pm. I had to call their call center and then asked to be transferred to this Best Buy location so that I can ask if my phone is ready. I was able to be transferred and then they told me on the phone that they are doing a calibration and it will be ready when I get there. I get there and still have to wait another 10 mins just to get my phone back. I get the phone back and it’s off and at 10% battery. So idk how they are able to do calibration if it is off. I looked at the bottom speaker and it is still full of dust and lint so I guess they didn’t clean it. . It took 5 hours to get my phone back. They should tell customers to come back before closing time or come back the next day instead of saying 2-3 hours and no call or updates. The GM Avi looked displeased and annoyed when i asked for my phone back.

- Inefficient - Location Their website said they were in stock and would be ready within the hour. Just to be safe, I waited another 5 hours. Still not ready. Phone line is no help at all; ai that doesn't understand what you're looking for.
