Stood in line for hours only to be told there was no pokemon. Found out later the employees were lying so their friends can get product. Should be fired. 4/16

I never got the receipt or survey email that shows the name of the employee on it, but I’m pretty sure he said his name was John. Either way, I drove all the way out here because of another Best Buy sending me here for a tv- which this location ended up not even having. John went above and beyond to make sure I still got an even better tv but for the same price that I spent already just because of the previous store’s mistake. Thank you so much for the help, you made it worth the long drive. Love my new tv
