I never got the receipt or survey email that shows the name of the employee on it, but I’m pretty sure he said his name was John. Either way, I drove all the way out here because of another Best Buy sending me here for a tv- which this location ended up not even having. John went above and beyond to make sure I still got an even better tv but for the same price that I spent already just because of the previous store’s mistake. Thank you so much for the help, you made it worth the long drive. Love my new tv
Brick and mortar is a fine experience yall just shoot yourselves in the face. No associates anywhere, no product on shelves, yall dont even listen to callous on the walkie from your own associates.
Yall got cheap, go the way of circuit city
