It’s a really friendly staff. Everyone who works there is very kind and helpful. Makes it feel less like a giant, corporate big box store and more like a big local electronic store

Poor customer service and an overall lack of communication. The environment is very unwelcoming, no one greeting you on arrival and no sign of help to find what I was looking for. The exchange team and geek squad messed up my service even though I had protection on the device, I ended up paying out of pocket for a brand new one and now I can’t get anyone on the phone to issue a refund. Their shelves are stocked with hardly anything. Would not recommend any of their stores in this area.
