They do not honor warranties
Poor customer service and an overall lack of communication. The environment is very unwelcoming, no one greeting you on arrival and no sign of help to find what I was looking for.
The exchange team and geek squad messed up my service even though I had protection on the device, I ended up paying out of pocket for a brand new one and now I can’t get anyone on the phone to issue a refund.
Their shelves are stocked with hardly anything. Would not recommend any of their stores in this area.

Worst Best Buy to come to shop Employees just walking around and they don’t even come and help you. They try to avoid you they have you just wait in this store needs to be restocked of everything.
The curbside pick up associates who assisted me with my TV were great. I had doubts that the box would fit but they very carefully and courteously loaded it without a problem. I appreciated their kindness.
