Asked about something a staff gave me good advice. Something that seems to be the norm here (has happened more than once). When you ask if they carry something you get told "yeah, it should be over there on that aisle on the lef5 in the middle (example). It used to be a sales associate would take you to the item. What has happened? If really busy i get it. But doing that so they can get back to a personal discussion with 2 other staff members? Kind of say, the way of the world. No wonder Amazon is taking over the world.

PABLO from the Geek Squad was nothing less than awesome!! Wonderful customer service skills, very polite. Never making you feel like you were not being helped. Thank you for helping my father and I. It’s wonderful to be greeted and helped by someone with a smile on their face and genuinely helpful. I wish there were more of you out there!!
