Scheduled a screen replacement for my iphone 17 pro at this best buy through apple support. I was told come back in a couple days because they didn’t have the glass in. I waited A MONTH to try again. Now,I am told they don’t have any setup to address the iPhone 17 repairs at all. Do not trust this geek squad location with your apple phone repairs and don’t trust that they have any idea of what is actually going on. Made same complaint to best buy directly.

My daughter wanted to go to Best Buy to check out their head phones. While she was looking at the head phones, I took the chance to look at the Microsoft Surfaces. I already have one but I wanted to see what the newer ones looked like and the updates on them. I found one that I liked and decided to play a game on it. The pixels were much better than my older one and u
I like that it comes with copilot. One of the salesman came by and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him that I was merely browsing while my daughter looked around and he understood. Great customer service. I may be back to get the Microsoft Surface that I was looking at. I really liked it.
