Went in today with an open box item I ordered online that was not properly assessed by geek squad and was not the correct item in the box as the serial number didn’t match the box. Tristan the supervisor was super helpful and understanding. He was personable and the only redeeming quality for the store. The gm came out after my convo with Tristan, her name was Jj. The gm failed to see Best Buy’s error while explaining how this is an issue that shouldn’t have occurred and that it misrepresented the item as there would be no warranty. I said I would pay for a new one over the open box but would kindly request they take a few dollars off for the issue. Jj declined this, advising I would need to drive to the origin store and ask for them to maybe help, and didn’t even offer an “I’m sorry”. When I worked for this company we took ownership and provided actual customer service attitudes even if we weren’t going to help. Mind you, I know it’s within her power to assist but chose not to. Accompanied with the fact she didn’t even present a customer service attitude or even appologize for the issue, this was the last item I buy from a brand I used to believe in.

If you want something installed, this place is really good. I really liked how the gentleman installed my equipment. Everything was done professionally very trustworthy.
