Got there about 345pm on a Friday afternoon. 1 person working the entire store. Of course he was busy. They had 1 person at the door, 1 geek squad and 1 register open. I had a $4000 purchase I wanted to make. I stood there for 20 minutes and no one ever even spoke to me. I left. Bought a 75" tv, home theater and a washer and dryer somewhere else.
I realize it is management's job to do the most with the least but the purpose of a store is to sell things. You would think they'd be smart enough to staff more sales people. I guess we know which big box store is going down next.
