I like that it comes with copilot. One of the salesman came by and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him that I was merely browsing while my daughter looked around and he understood. Great customer service. I may be back to get the Microsoft Surface that I was looking at. I really liked it.
Paid 1500$ for an online purchase that said I could pick it up that day in store. Drove 30 miles to the store to pick it up. Then stood at the customer service counter for two hours while they said they were waiting for the warehouse to approve it... while I stood there looking at the sea of merchandise that I could have shopped from myself and avoided all of this... I thought ordering online would save time and make it easier. They took my money and that wanted me to wait at their counter all day.
I cancelled my order, which wasn't easy, and Best Buy will never get my business again. They actively fought against taking my money by avoiding delivering a product and made me feel like an idiot standing at a customer service counter waiting for something I paid for hours before.
