How do I check product availability at the First Main Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Well, so far not impressed with the new format.You can't even call the actual store and speak to an actual employee.You have to drive there and go in person.Which the closest best buy for me is about an hour and a half away.

I purchase a pair of Ray Ban meta glasses (gen 1) last year. When they first stop working I went to this Best Buy and ask if someone could help me and I was told that because I didnt purchase geek squad there was nothing that could be done. Well come to find out after talking to someone at RayBan that it was an issue covered under the manufacturer warranty and I could have been helped. Fastforward now and I am two months outside of that warranty and im screwed because no one wanted to take the time to listen/help me when I was first having a problem.

I needed a kind of a weird cable that was for an old external Western Digital hard drive micro USB to a USB port on the back of my PC. They had exactly what I needed!
