Told over the phone they could fix my controller than told me only if I had a protection plan once in the store. Maybe something you include when I was asking

Once a loyal customer; I won't be back. Searched for Google phone accessories for 10-15 minutes. No sales people available for assistance. Asked about Google phone cases at the kiosk and was told "this is an Apple store". Interesting because Google's name is advertised above the store's entrance, but as I was told with a shrug of the shoulders, "they pay to advertise there". Hadn't been to a Best Buy in a long time. Now I remember why.
Never found anybody in the stereo section to help me. The representative of sony was the one that helped me with a bose speakers
