Very disappointed! Spent 20 minutes or more of my life on hold after being hung up on for not giving the correct answer on the so- called " Ai assistant", fast forward my 3rd time calling I finally reach someone who can hardly speak the English language and still does not work at the location I was trying to reach to speak with someone! Craziest part is it was my birthday the following day and my wife was trying to get me a gift ( not sure what it was) and due to us having one car at the time and me working a little late, not too mention we live south of springs in fountain and the closest location was 25 minute drive, I was not able to reach anyone in the store to simply ask if they would kindly wait a couple minutes after closing for my wife to purchase my gift. Instead I was told if you show up after 8 your screwed. If I could have actually spoke to someone at the store they may have had a heart and waited but instead it was someone in another country (more than likely) telling me I'm screwed. So I spent the amount of time it took my wife to get there on hold and was told I'm screwed by someone not even at the store! Unbelievable!!! Then after reading reviews it seems nobody gets there concerns addressed, all you get is (more than likely) an automated " Ai assistant" responding by repeating a brief repeat of what was addressed in the review and then being asked to go on thier social media site which probably requires you to follow or subscribe just to repeat everything you already said in your first review! Where are the companies that used to actually care, nowadays it's anything to get a follow and still not fix your concern. My wife was able to get the product with skillful driving in a timely manner but now I'm waiting to see if the product was OK and if I don't run into issues later down the road from Greek squad messing stuff up or rescheduling multiple times based of recent reviews. Don't give me the bs reply to join your social media when I'm right here and you can respond directly and fix my concern. Such a joke!!!!

Just talked to Sean, who guided me through the various brands and types of tvs and differences between them. We also discussed the various tv mounts, installation, and protection plans, payment options, etc. He answered all my questions, even some I didn't know I had. He exemplifies all the aspects of superior customer service, which you don't see very often anymore and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. When I return to make the purchase, I will go through him. Thank you so much Sean!
