I purchased a new wireless keyboard/mouse, then received 20% discount off my purchase price, to recycle my old one, WHAT A DEAL !!!
ASK ABOUT THE Electronics & Accessories recycle program...you may have to page a Mgr, to get involved; the cashier can't find it or doesn't get it; has NO clue ...
Used to be my go to store. Now, probably never again.
Went in to buy the new Moto G Stylus 2026. On the app it said it was available in store. I wanted to check it out in person before buying.
Knew exactly what I wanted.
Went in, asked the cell department if they had it.
I was met with "I don't know, I just work with this specific brand.... And there's no one around..."
"So there's NO ONE I can ask if this Motorola is in stock??"
"Ask a blue shirt."
So I find an employee with a blue shirt.
Politely explained the situation.
"Talk to the mobile department."
I say AGAIN they told me to find someone with a blue shirt because they have no idea.
Very rudely stated "Well I'm busy. So."
And waved towards the mobile station for me to wait....
Ok... So I go wait over there for her, as though very short- it seemed like she was implying she was going to help.
So I watch her stand around.
Help OTHER people that approach her. And her mosey her way back to where she was standing when she was done. Avoiding at all costs looking in my direction...
And I'm just....waiting.
It got to the point, it was clear NO ONE wanted to help.
This was SUPPOSED to be a quick in and out.
I just said forget it and left.
Bought it directly from Motorola instead.
Will be avoiding this location in the future.

The staff member I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the devices and options for financing
I was greeted at the door and was sent someone to help me before I even got to the TV department. They didn't have what I was looking for, but the associate thought they would in the computer area. He walked me over and told a computer associate what I needed. The nice computer associate helped me find a monitor that would fill my need. While he was getting the monitor, another associate asked if he could help me. This was the complete opposite of my experience at the other Best Buy store in town, where no one even acknowledged me the entire time I was there before I came to the Town Center one.
