Visited on 6/30/2025 around 630 pm. No greeting from workers. Had to run down staff for assistance. Two ran off like they were too busy to stop, and to others were having extended conversations with others. No one ever asked if I needed help. My daughter found a worker only to learn he had no idea what an ac/dc adapter was. He didn't even know what a laptop screen extender was. He said he would find someone else that may have a clue, so I waited only, and no one showed up, nor did he return. Im sure I would have still been standing there when they closed. Never will I return.
I bought a 98inch Sony TV and all the theater stuff with it spent about 11.5k total. Set up for delivery and they break the Tv during install and they just left the broken tv hsmging. Never got a call to reschedule so i called them they set a date for the following week. I was outta town so i paid an employee to be there. They arrive and say we only deliver and dont install. So they left the broke tv and took the new one bsck to store. Once again no call so i called and they said next install is almost 30 days out. Complete joke on geek squad they have no clue what they are doing. So long story I still dont have a movie theater as my date is the 27th for reinstall. Home run did my first theater flawless and I decided to give best buy a try I recommend people dont make the mistake I made and have to wait and pay for best buys mistakes.
It seems like they never have what you need in stock. And then if you ask for help they employees go and look for it, but never come back.
