Such a horrible experience. IM NEVER GOING BACK. Don’t even try to call them. You won’t be able to get ahold of someone who’s actually at the store.DO NOT use the geek squad in the back to have installations. It’s a NIGHTMARE. Geek squad in the back does not have their own direct line.
My dad bought me a radio and back up camera for Christmas. It gets delivered. I get scheduled to have it installed. I take it to the back of the building because they have a geek squad in the back to install it. They call me saying they need the original bracket and they can’t install it. I go back. Pay for the bracket and wait a week or so to have them installed.
TODAY I take it to get it installed. I Paid for $149.99 installation for the back up camera. Then I leave my car there. Geek squad calls me to tell me that they can’t install the back up camera & they need another part. Okay. The guy said he’s almost done. The call ends.
He called me roughly 30 min later. I missed it. I called the exact same number back. It’s their customer service line. It’s not the people actually in the store. How does that work when I talked to the guy there directly 30 min prior?????
They transfer me to their Geek Squad customer service. They tell me they cannot help me because they are not in the store and they don’t have a direct number in the store. How does this work?!?
So how do I know if my car is ready??? This doesn’t make sense. I live 30 min away and I don’t know if my car is ready.
This has been an awful experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

Five stars for the sales associate who helped me at the checkout counter! One star off because of Best Buy's stringent return policy and because of management, who wasn't able to offer me any alternatives due to this policy. For context, I purchased a outlet inverter, a staff member recommended to me, a month ago to do work in the car while on a road trip. It didn't charge my laptop like it was supposed to so I had to buy another one from a gas station, that did work. Just got back from said road trip and had no use for a faulty inverter so I brought it back to the store.

I bought a computer and didn't really know what I was doing hahaha took it back for s return and then was helped buying a new one. Thanks friend hahaha didn't take much
Had to return a tv, whole experience ended up making my day a great one!
