I walked into Best Buy on Academy to quickly purchase an iPad mini and Apple Pencil. I was completely ignored by customer service personnel. It was not super busy. They seemed more worried about stocking than assisting customers. I was in there for 15 minutes.Before I found someone to help me, but they just called someone else to assist me, who never came. So, in total, 30 minutes wasted. I just left very disappointed. Completely unacceptable.

Got the help I needed promptly but they do not carry much in stock anymore :(
I had a fun experience the other day, when the employees reminded me to pay attention to the signs (a few doorsare enter only; lol). I'd say that's a Good Omen.
