Called ahead to ask if I could recycle a 65 inch TV before I went through the unpleasantness of putting in my truck. Was told yes, it’d just be more expensive.
Load the TV up, get here, they won’t take it.

Went in to buy a Garmin watch. I have a digital Visa gift card that I got from work and wanted to use, I had the card number and all its information on my phone, but not a physical card. I asked if I could give them the card number to type in to use and they said no, and the manager was very disrespectful and dismissive didn’t even address me at all. I believe his name was Benji. Immediately after I called customer service and told them my situation and they confirmed that they absolutely do Digital cards if you provide the information. Terrible customer service.
