Good location. The one on Main is a bit bigger and has bigger inventory I think but this one gets the job done all the same. Probably more convenient location for people up north of Colorado Springs area.

Loss prevention: (Not guy watching camera) Saying hi to someone’s back is just rude. They walked by, you missed your opportunity to greet them. After that, it’s just attempted intimidation - largely directed at paying customers. I’m a 35-45 male, not really the right demographic. Floor walkers: Walked around looking for someone to get a gaming console/game. Finally, a guy appeared in the section and helped a lady who had been waiting. I walk up and stand nearby, obviously waiting for help. He walks away with her.. after 5 minutes of standing/walking around trying to find someone else.. I make my way to the front desk for help… he’s standing there shooting the crud with another employee. Front desk: Friendly, good customer service. This is why the retail experience is dying. Why go to the store only to get suspicious looks and practically beg to spend $600

I was told to go to several different depts. just to get information about music installation, and I was lied to. I waited for almost 30 min before my wife and I started playing with the sound music on the wall. No one came to help AT ALL. We even turned it up just to get someone to come to help us. Just a bunch of grown kids standing around talking and goofing off. Horrible horrible experience.

Employee tried to tell me I possibly couldn’t get a warranty on open box product unless I signed up for the “plus” membership. I told him I saw online I could and he was like oh look it worked this time sometimes it doesn’t let you without a plus account which I can’t confirm but he seemed like he was lying. He then tried to charge me 80$ more than the price online until I corrected him. There was an issue with me using someone else’s card which I understand so I placed the order for pickup and the tv was already out. I asked the employee if I could grab it now because it’s literally right there and he said I would have to wait the whole hour. Assuming he was upset because he couldn’t upsell or overcharge. All in all I’d go somewhere else I bought an expensive tv and the service was so bad I preferred to online order. If there’s not a good deal here I’d stray away!
