5 stars for the Best Buy guy that helped my husband and I today (unfortunately his name isn’t on the receipt), fixed the price when a promo wasn’t showing up and successfully set up a new SIM card when it was rejecting the existing one. Super helpful, thanks for getting us in and out!
Pick up - went flawlessly!
I was sold a broken computer and they refuse to fix it unless I pay $180. They have left me in a horrible position. I originally went in to purchase a computer that was $200 as I didn’t need much and couldn’t afford more. I was talked into getting an $800 computer because I was told the other computer wasn’t good quality or reliable. I am still making payments on this computer I just bought it and it crashed on me saying windows is too broken to repair. I brought it in to them and they said it would be $180…..on a brand new computer. I took it to another computer store and they said it’s not normal for a brand new computer to crash like that and that Best Buy should fix it. I am not able to work and I can’t afford this. You would think a store would help you after spending $800 but nope. Shame.
