Went in talked with sales person, mention what I was looking for and if they had all items in stock and gave me finer details on how to set it up then I would purchase
We were supposed to receive our new TV and sound system today. A call was going to come the night before to give us our 4 hour window. Nobody called till the next morning. A heavily accented man told us delivery was canceled. I had to ask him to repeat himself 4 times. I couldn't understand anything he said. Im now waiting another week for delivery! I was not able to call the store. I was told I had to go there. If it really was due to " a personal emergency " they had nobody else to fill in??!!! The customer service line was no help. Beyond frustrated and ready to cancel the whole sale. Thanks Best Buy.

You can get anything that plugs into electricity in this one building. Their employees are usually helpful and very friendly and prepared to answer all your crazy questions!!!!
