Went in to buy an oled monitor, an expensive purchase. No one to help me. But there were 4 employees under the tvs in the middle of the building as you walk in just doing nothing, chatting away. Guy at the door didn't bother to say anything either as hes chatting with his buddy. Management should not allow this. Crazy in this day and age where there's many choices for electronics. So much for customer service. Ill just buy it off Amazon.

Very helpful and patient staff. They answered all our questions about products and services. The Best Buy electronics recycling provides an outstanding alternative to alternative electronics disposal. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Store was clean and well organized. This Best Buy is highly recommended.

Geek squad gave me information in pieces which was completely uncalled for. As a result I made 5 trips and finally they told me they couldn’t help me. I left a message at the front desk requesting a call from the manager to give the feed back in person . The manager has not returned my called me back in 3 days. Normally I don’t write reviews on the web. This is the pits and that’s why I am writing a review.
