You can find different technology products there, but I think there a a kind of limited variety.
Best buy worker put in order for wrong item. Charged me $500 and now I was told to wait until item is shipped to me in mail to then bring in as opposed to just canceling order for me so I can buy correct item. Why do the workers not show items you're being charged for on the screen? I was only showed my address. It would be really freaking nice if you guys wouldn't take $500 and send me something I don't need. Also, I don't understand why when I go in I can't just be given refund and item canceled. They're literally making me do the most running around and waiting possible.
I will never buy anything from this company again. We ordered a few items to have shipped to our home, but instead best buy members returned the order that was supposed to be in route. Eventually we found out the order was cancelled without being refunded any money. They have the worst customer service between the members on the floor and the members they direct your call to. We have also pre-ordered games from this place only to find that our orders were cancelled the day of their release. This company has lost its integrity.
Used the Academy location to handle our home theater remodel. The staff was helpful and prompt, we went over several options and decided on the Epson LS800B with an AWOL floor-rising 100" display. We initially chose the 120" but decided the occupying wall would cut too close to make this work. The staff adjusted the order on the fly and despite a two week delivery window, we had the projector, the screen, and our Nvidia Shield Pro all within 7 days. Advice from the crew helped us vision out how we would custom shelf the screen and body. In the end, coupled with a 7.1 sound system we can write off going to see a show when home is even better. Glad we talked to their theater team. The only thing we did externally was the sound system. $12k never looked or sounded so nice! Would return for future system upgrades.
