The managers are a joke, I intended to do a warranty claim on my TV over a week ago and was promised a call from the Magnolia manager to schedule a time to check out the tv, yet I still have not heard from anyone. I will take this case to corporate. Hoping they can be better suited to help with a warranty claim.
Everyone is willing to help with question, however they are not hovering over you, which is the style I like. Checkout is better now from past experiences.
