Word of caution: this store does NOT service Apple products, even though you can make an appointment for it online. I made an appointment for my AirPods and was told that due to their proximity to the Apple Store, they were no longer allowed to fix Apple products.
This happened several months ago, but you are still able to make this appointment online — just know you will be turned away regardless.
Otherwise the store is fine. Employees seem nice and I can easily find what I’m looking for.

I'm so happy I found what I needed in stock! 🤩 Plus, I learned about a 15% off coupon for a new networking device when trading in an old one – awesome! 🥳 What a pleasant surprise. 😊

Went in to purchase an item I saw online that was on sale. I wanted to purchase the open box version which was discounted even more. When I went to purchase it, they scanned it, but the price that came up wasn’t for the open box. It was for a brand new device. When I showed them the price online of the open box version they refused to match the price that was online. They said they weren’t technically allowed to lower the price anymore to match the price that was shown online. I don’t understand how A Best Buy Store can't match Best Buy’s prices that they have on their own website.
