I was sold a broken computer and they refuse to fix it unless I pay $180. They have left me in a horrible position. I originally went in to purchase a computer that was $200 as I didn’t need much and couldn’t afford more. I was talked into getting an $800 computer because I was told the other computer wasn’t good quality or reliable. I am still making payments on this computer I just bought it and it crashed on me saying windows is too broken to repair. I brought it in to them and they said it would be $180…..on a brand new computer. I took it to another computer store and they said it’s not normal for a brand new computer to crash like that and that Best Buy should fix it. I am not able to work and I can’t afford this. You would think a store would help you after spending $800 but nope. Shame.

Visited geek squad inside store to fix app for a Google watch. Technian tried to fix it but was unsuccessful. He did not charge anything and was very polite.

Called to ask a question about a trading in a device waited 20 minutes before I could get ahold of someone employee lied about not taking them for trade in and had a attitude when I asked more questions

I bought something online which was delivered from this store. The item had been stolen from the package when it arrived. The staff was absolutely certain it couldn't be their fault and refused to help. They were happy to take my money for another one though! At least they were cordial about it.
