I was very disappointed with my recent purchase. I accidentally purchased a second product of your online store as a duplicate purchase it was an error of mine….
Today when I went to return the duplicate item I bought off your online store. I met Darren your manager who told me that there’s nothing that he could do. I bought a product through your online service that I thought I could return based on your promise to customers however, this product is not returnable that clearly contradicts your promise to customers, or even help lol.
Your promise of“We work hard every day to enrich the lives of our customers through technology, whether you come to us online, visit our stores or invite us into your home. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair.” I was told I was out of luck by Darren and there was nothing that Best Buy could do to help with this return. I would also like to add that I had to reached out to the company prior to shipping clarifying the color that I’d like and they sent me the wrong color. I was even told by Darren that I could potentially not even get any money back with this purchase.
I want to return this bike, can you help me with that?

I got a cube tracker from here for my truck and it working well after several months of use
Everyone is always so helpful. There is no pressure selling or annoying associates following you around. I simply ask questions and is then directions. I love this store because it has a wide range / variety of equipment, appliances, supplies, TVs, and just about anything you could imagine.
