I received a TV addressed to someone else at work that I neither ordered nor paid for. That person is unknown to us. Thought the right thing to do was to call the store. Unfortunately their AI answering service wouldn’t let me speak to a human because there wasn’t a recent order under my phone number and nothing else I said met her parameters. It would only be a 1 star review because the AI assistant is so frustrating, BUT, I now have a free tv. Thanks, Best Buy!!
