Had an awesome experience as I always do at this Best Buy. And I got to see an employees patience be tested and he handled it with dignity too.
This review is specific to a young man who works at this Best Buy location, in the geek squad department. His name is Ryan and he is probably the most soft skilled human being I’ve ever encountered with. All the techs there are always great, kind and patient, but this guy Ryan is beyond amazing. His product knowledge is superb and he is beyond patient. He took time in understanding our issueses and frustrations with our laptop and printer. He spent over five hours with my mother, finally got to the bottom of the problem and realized that there was no resolution for that specific case. He spoke to his manager and got us exactly what we needed to get everything squared away. This is what exemplary Customer Service looks like. I wish more people in the world were like him! thank you Ryan for going above and beyond for us. Keep up the great work. You’re an asset to the team at Best Buy!
