They delivered me the wrong fridge. First said I could keep it as a loaner. Then they changed their mind. Was supposed to get a call the next day to redeliver the right one. I didn’t get a call. When I call them… the customer service agent tells me it’s out of stock. He transfers me to someone else and it’s in stock. Was supposed to show up the next day. That morning I check my app and they marked it as delivered at 445am. Went back and forth with customer service. Customer service didn’t help me. When I called the store it directed the call to the call center. You can’t even talk to store manager without going in store. I had to end up going in store when I was out of town to get my money back. It still took several days for the refund because someone marked it delivered in error. Such a hassle and waste of time.

Went here for a new pokemon drop with my 8 year old daughter for the first time ever in my life and hers. I was aware of the one item limit per person, I just want to thank the staff at this best buy and express how grateful I am of you guys treating my daughter as her own person (because she is) and letting her purchase her very own ETB and booster packs with no issues or concerns unlike the grown adults behind us trying to make us feel bad for a little girl buying her own trading cards (that are meant for children) for the very first time in her life. Thank you best buy team at chapel hills, you guys are amazing!! This will be our goto spot for future drops and releases from here on out!
