I sauntered in on a busy Friday evening, eager to shop but also slightly overwhelmed with all the items I needed to find. After maybe 10 or 15 minutes of hopelessly trying to locate just the 1st item on my list, I was approached by an employee and eventually Christian was assigned to assist me. He was amazing. He along with another associate helped me find each and every item while also recommending brands and answering my questions. They signed me up for the membership and offered to install my new screen protector and phone case. I was informed about price matching and given lots of useful information throughout the experience. Christian went and above and beyond for me.
