Absolutely horrible customer service! Run away from this business!! Don’t walk. Purchased 6 thousand dollars worth of electronics.lath tv. Sound bar etc. sound does not work. My husband went into the store twice. Asked for someone to come fix the problem he was told that mat , Bob , or Seth would call him to set up time.. this never happened we have been dealing with this for 2 weeks .. my husband has called the store several times and gets the run around. No one cares no customer service. AND when you call the store your call goes over seas to some one who does not understand English and has trouble communicating in English!! Frustrated!! We are probably going to return the entire purchase and take our money where we will be treated better. You would think that we would at least get a courtesy call from some one. But NO that is way too much to ask from this company. Complete train wreck.

I ordered a microwave on March 20, 2026 to be picked up April 19.....30days later. I showed up today to get it and.....they don't have it. I have not received a SINGLE updated since I ordered it. Literally NOTHING my most recent Best Buy email is from my order on March 20. So, in a month's time they not only couldn't get my microwave ready, they couldn't be bothered to let me know it wasn't ready. Now they say it'll be the 25th, we'll see. Also, Tried their texting help even thought it says it's a human it's 100% an AI. Secondly when you call the store you can't get a human you just get stuck in their(self reported) AI system. I'm so DONE with these big box stores. I'm going to start seeking out small local things for everything. EDIT: I'm not on Twitter and I shouldn't have to seek you out on another platform. What y'all should be working on is getting it right the first time not placating to my complaint.

Last time I buy anything from here, the last 5 visits I’ve come the item that I’ve needed have been “defective” can’t seem to get anything right here
