This is not necessarily indicative of this specific store, though it started here. Purchased everything necessary for a car stereo install. Got my appointment for a week and a half out - a little long but whatever, it's free install and I can wait. For some reason, bestbuy.com directede to this store even though it's over an hour from where I live. Leave early in the morning for my appointment, get stuck behind multiple car wrecks and know I'm going to be late. Try to call the store to explain. Can't reach anyone because the store's not actually open yet. Keep driving for almost 1.5 hours. Store sends me an automated cancellation text five minutes before I pull up. Install technician refuses to do the work because I'm late - I get it, to an extent. Not his fault. Issue is that there's no available times to reschedule and everything else is weeks booked out or conflicts with my schedule where I've already taken time off to get this done. Live chat Best Buy agent for some assistance with scheduling and seeing if anything can be done - transferred midway through the chat just to get told the same thing twice in a row with quite literally zero assistance given and told to call in instead. So I did. Transferred twice, and on the final transfer get told "you've actually been transferred to the wrong place, we need to transfer you again." At that point I was so done with the lack of customer service and consideration I hung up the phone. Can't believe I've wasted hours of the day, took time off, and spent all this money on Best Buy products just to get the runaround for hours and get quite literally 0 help or assistance. Finding it extremely unlikely to think I'll ever shop Best Buy again.

Horrible service and company. I just had an attempted identify theft come from this location so I called to stop and prevent it and the number just went straight to the call center and they had no option to forward me back to the store. Absolutely horrible customer service.
