The female manager at this Best Buy was incredibly rude and clearly has no idea how to treat customers. My family has bought most of our electronics from this store, and today when I went in with a issue, I received absolutely no help. Instead, I was treated with an attitude that felt downright discriminatory.
I don't owe you any money! And you don't owe me any money either! You act like you're so high and mighty! Please go learn what customer service is all about.
This is unacceptable. I will never come back to this location again.👎🏻
I ordered a tv for same day delivery and never got my order. I tried to call and customer service was no help. Best Buy is the worst company I have ever done business with. I would not recommend them for online or in store services
