The geek squad here is so awesome! I've gone there a couple of times without an appointment and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. I always get all the information I need and then some. I know that every time I walk in there I will definitely learn something

Best Buy sent me my $25 certificate which would not work online, so I went to this store to try and use it. The female manager told me she could not do anything. Excellent customer service, right? I then called the online support, and they said it would be credited to my purchase. I agreed and made a purchase. Can you guess what happened? I didn't get my certificate. Best Buy use to be a good organization but I see corruption has reached them. Lying to customers and not following through is corruption.
