This place is fine but if your sales rep is a younger guy named Max….RUN. Genuinely he has no knowledge about the payment plans or about products. I ended up paying more money for a payment plan he said would save me money when I actually just wanted to pay upfront. The remainder of the stuff we’re fine, but no one really goes out of their way to help. Good luck getting in touch with anyone in the store unless you physically come into the store. I ended up going back two more times before the issue was finally resolved. They said they would call me back, but they didn’t and I actually ended up resolving it on my own, which is preferred to buy things online at this point. Also beware of Max.

They don't have Donkey Kong: Bonanza "off the truck" 3 hours after their store opened on release day.
I haven't been to Best Buy is years & am in no hurry to return, unfortunately. The staff was very nice at the door...
Great store location. Staff was friendly and helped me get my item really fast. Was it and out in a couple of minutes.
Beware - I paid to have a dash cam installed. As an older woman, I was struggling with the connectivity of the camera and the app that makes it purposeful. They wouldn’t help at all, and now I have this camera just sitting there unable to be used for anything! Though this isn’t their fault, they put in a bunch of these and could help complete an install!
