The manager was so nice, and willing to help. Unfortunately they won't do cash refunds so you have to wait for the money to go back on your debit card which is a little annoying but other than that. Didn't seem busy at the geek squad center. Nice TV's and they have the go pro 13 but not many accessories.

I'm usually a Best Buy fan, but this was ridiculous. I tried to price match a $50 PlayStation Backbone from Walmart, and they denied it because it was 'sold by Backbone,' the manufacturer, on Walmart's site. Seriously? The people who make the product? Best Buy lost a customer over this. Just a heads up: save yourself the hassle and shop at Walmart.

Today 3/26/25 i took my son into your Northglenn colorado store to buy him a new I-watch for his birthday. We looked at the only 1 that was on display at the front of the store when a young lady addressed us telling us there were more on display at the back in the Apple Department upon getting there ony one was on display there too. (Very disappointed) the tech ( an African American young man) was helping another couple with other products we made eye contact a few times as we still looked and read about different i watch ⌚️ types and accessories. We had chose waiting for him to finish with the couple. When I thought he was walking then to the front fir their purchase he handed his keys to another associate and darted to the right. I was confused at that point went to ask the young lady where he went she said he went to lunch 🤔 are you serious we were standing there waiting over 15 minutes for help to purchase a $$ item. I asked to speak to a manager and she apologized and said If I went back there and waited she would have someone with me they worked on some rotation something. I think not in had been waiting and been totally ignored when trying to make a large purchase. Totally unacceptable. I left to go make my purchase elsewhere.
