The geek squad member that I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful
Staff was friendly but stock in the store is very limited. I went in for a charger for my smart watch and was "assisted" by a member that just said "we don't carry it, Amazon can get it for you tomorrow". I'm traveling and can't exactly order from Amazon, but that would have been my first choice. Lots of bare shelves in most departments, disappointing for a brick and mortar store.
