I am so disappointed, I went to the store and purchased a TV, since I am handicap I asked for delivery, I was given a day and time and I had to cancel a Dr. Appointment for that, just to get a call today that it will not he delivered tomorrow as I was told but maybe next Saturday the 21st. I immediately request a refund and cancel the whole thing. They didn't even care!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with Best Buy as a company. I have run into problem after problem with them to the point that any purchase I try to make turns into a disaster. Nothing seems to go smoothly, and the 1-800 number they connect you to is no help. They continue to take you in circles instead of solving the problem. I never plan to make purchases from this company again.

Went to buy a new tv, an everyone was I'm constant pretending to be I'm doing something. Walked right by me, really not alot of people in the store. So i went to walmart its funny that i got a better deal too. 👎

Awful experience paying for a new fridge installed today which was left in the garage. I currently have a brand new fridge in my garage the old one still in my kitchen. The new one also did not have the right setup I requested and is missing pieces. The installer said there was nothing they could do and left the fridge in the garage and said they would call to haul away the new one. No one ever called so I called best buy to complain and they scheduled them to come back out 5 days later! Buyers beware do not use the installation, haul away, or buy in store. The agent I spoke to said it would have been easier to order online and to haul away my old items myself. I encourage you to do the same or use another company all together. We won't be back.
