Bought an open box tv, "excellent condition"... no power cord. One agent tells me i can come in and get a cord or a refund, the next tells me i need to contact the local store, which refused to help me, without looking at ANY information.
It's hard to find staff in one of these anymore but happy with the product and price.
Salesperson Owen convinced us to buy a floor model ASUS PC on advertised discount. They only needed 1-2 hours to let them configure it for resale. Came back 2 hours later and Owen is gone and sales manager (large man in a yellow shirt) tells us the computer is gone and never existed. Classic bait and switch technique. Unethical sales. Will not come back to this store.

Easy online order and they delivered right to the car. Employee was pleasant and efficient.
