Terrible Experience and Rude Management
I bought a pair of Meta glasses, but Best Buy gave me the wrong ones. When I realized the mistake, I had to drive back to exchange them, only to find they had none in stock. The associate told me the Belmar store had the correct pair and that they’d be ready when I arrived.
When I got there, they claimed they were “looking for them” and would let me know once they were found. After waiting, they finally admitted they didn’t have any. No one offered help until I had to track down a manager myself — and instead of helping, he told me to leave the store or he’d have me kicked out.
I already paid nearly $400 for these glasses, and they still couldn’t take responsibility or offer a solution. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. What happened to professionalism and basic respect for paying customers
Worst Bestbuy in town. They do not honor or fulfill pre orders on the day it is supposed to arrive or for several days after. Management is also dismissive and do not care about customer service

Store CANNOT DO APPLE REPAIRS despite Apple allowing me to schedule appointments here. Staff were unhelpful. Do not try and get an apple product repaired here.
