Hats off to Best Buy in Grand Junction, Colorado! Had a situation with product purchased there over 18 months ago - sought resolution with manufacturer over a 5 month time period to no end. Went back the store for some suggestions on what else we may do. Spoke at length between Skye King and Kyle Griffin. We talked about several ideas and both were very patient, listened and had great understanding. To my surprise, they stepped up & took care of me - a remedy I never expected! A focus on doing whats right for their customers first. Don't see that veryvoften these days. That's something the product manufacturer never considered. Many thanks to all of you there at Best Buy!!

The over all customer service was ok but there was this one guy John, and he was amazing!!! The nicest person, kind helpful and funny. If you go here ask to have him help you and you will feel appreciated! He is absolutely wonderful!!!!

I got my laptop from there and went back and got help choosing a printer. Great customer service and friendly and answered all questions about the printers we had. Check out help was good too.
