We purchased a washer and dryer that was over $2000. Best Buy charged us $250.00 for installation and delivery. The first appointment they came out, argued with my mom about not taking out the older washer and dryer. They wanted to leave it in front of our refrigerator (also from Best Buy). They decided - for a few reasons, they cant connected it until later.
So, later comes. My elderly mom gets told the appointment is after 4PM. Instead of after 4, she gets a text message saying, "we will be there in 15 minutes" around 12.
They refused to give us time to get to the house. I work in walking distance. They refuse to issue a refund. They refused to put the old unit on the driveway so we could walk around the house. They refused to do anything other then point fingers at my mom.
Its been over a month and we still do not have our washer set up.
Should I be disappointed? This is just typical crap from big companies that take money and never provide the service they say they will provide.
Jaden was the man. If you're at Best Buy and need a hand, ask for him 👍
Sales rep in TV department knew his product and helped us get the best tv for the price I was looking for. Thank you
No matter what options you try, you almost always get someone with a red dot on their forehead or a turbin that’s on too tight, and try to bumble through a conversation with extremely poor English. And you will NEVER get someone actually in the store. Hopefully this chain improves customer service and being able to speak to someone actually in the freaking store you are calling. If not, I’ll laugh as they go the way of Circuit city through bankruptcy and the liquidation process!
And since BestBuy likes to use cookie cutter responses to refer you to reach out through social media, I’ll preempt that. My email is noted, and my number is accessible through my account. In the meantime, I’m cancelling my Citi Bank bestbuy card and will convert it to a card NOT sponsored by worst lie…
