Quite buying from this place 10 years ago but figured I would give them another shot, ordered a Samsung 98" TV and set it up for delivery 7am to 7pm Saturday, get a call 12pm on Saturday saying they do not have the TV in stock and would not be until August. Really? you just figured this out half way through the day that the TV was to be delivered and I have been sitting here waiting on it? Then they tell me that it will take 7 to 10 days to get my money back! I am now done with this place for good!

I think that the help here has about as much knowledge as your average teenager and I'm not sure if this is something that's common at electronic stores but maybe not a whole lot of additional information beyond that. You're greeted as soon as you walk in the door and there were several people willing to help. I think if you do any research at all on the products that you're looking at before you head in you will probably be more well-informed than most of the sales people and help within.
I did not use the nerd help desk or whatever it's called.
The checkout process was fine and the young lady who was setting up my new phone did a fine job. There was a little bit of question about the s i m status of my former phone as well as the one being purchased but that was resolved before the end of the visit. She was helpful in being sure that the phone worked before I left the store and she even installed the screen protector for me!
Avery was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product choices.
Took my junky computers for free.
