Cailean is the most patient, helpful, and knowledgeable employee! We went in unsure if we would be purchasing a handheld gaming device but his assistance solidified our purchase. He didn't rush us and helped differentiate the different specs for each product to assist in our decision making. 10/10 service despite how chaotic the holidays are. We will be back to this location!
Went here to just look around with my 8 year old child and left because I was being followed by their loss prevention. Why would I steal especially with a child? That’s child endangerment! Plz stop following mothers around, it’s creepy! If I need something I’m gonna have to order online because I don’t like being followed by a man. At least make it less obvious.

I was very impressed with Brock. He took the time to help me look up the item that we purchased online through Best Buy and with finding accessories to go with said purchase. He was very patient and knowledgeable. If you have any issues ask for Brock. He is a great person to work with.

Went in to look at a TV. Relijah helped us out and was very well informed. Store manager Taylor also helped and together they woorked up a deal for us. Walked out with an amazing TV. Thanks again guys for making our holidays a wonderful one.
