Met with Geek Squad reference issue with tablet and laptop. Everything working correctly now. The Geek Squad are just great about helping with issues and explaining in terms easy to understand. Collin assisted me, but observing the other Squad members they were also helping other customers in a professional way. Customer service is great and highly recommend them.

I stopped by Best Buy recently and had a really great experience thanks to Jeffery. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for and honestly expected to just browse for a bit, but he walked up at the right time and offered help without being pushy. He actually listened to what I needed instead of trying to upsell me to the most expensive option.
I was looking for something specific for my setup, and Jeffery took the time to explain the differences between a few options in a way that actually made sense. You can tell he knows what he's talking about. He even checked in the back to see if they had another unit available when the one on display wasn’t in stock.
What really stood out was how patient and friendly he was the whole time. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I left confident in my purchase. It’s honestly rare to get that kind of customer service these days.
If you're shopping at Best Buy, definitely try to find Jeffery he made the whole experience smooth and stress free. I'll definitely be coming back because of the help I got.
