I came in to get an order I placed online. The location was easy to find and the parking lot was easy to navigate. Once inside,I was greeted warmly and given the directions to the pick up counter. The rep verified my order information and located my order. 1 was encouraged to verify the product before leaving with my purchase. With my order complete and verified I was given a receipt and Sent on my way. It was a quick and easy purchase experience.

I was greeted at the fort which was nice and directed exactly to where I needed to be. I didn’t see the exact item I wanted so I asked another worker for help. They supposedly looked up the item and told me their store and stores all the way to Denver were out of stock and I wouldn’t be able to get it until later. I was confused since their website said they had the item. I ended up leaving and doing a pick up order for the item. I went back, the worker who helped me saw me return and took off, and I picked up the item. I have no clue why I had to go this route, wasting my gas and time to get a tablet. Glad I was able to get it somehow though!
