Had issues with phone and tablet syncing email. Went to the Geek Squad (paid membership) in Greeley for help. After much thrashing around they said the only solution was to totally wipe both devices and start over. You know how much stuff is kept on a phone! And…after the thrash not only did the devices not sync, but now would not receive/send ANY emails!! So the “experts” just made things worse. I came home and with a little help from AI was at least able to get the email back on both devices. And I am tech challenged. Exactly what am I paying the Geek Squad for??

Lied to me about a return policy. Ordered a phone, open box. Received it damaged. Refused to return it. Filing with the better business bureau. Completely unacceptable. Daltonwas the "supervisors" name.

Beware - Recycling program is misleading it's is only free for 2 specific brands, making up less than 5% of their sales. When you get into the store, they want charge you $30 for everything else. With service like it's no wonder the store is empty.
