Beware - Recycling program is misleading it's is only free for 2 specific brands, making up less than 5% of their sales. When you get into the store, they want charge you $30 for everything else. With service like it's no wonder the store is empty.
Weird layout, but friendly staff
Worst experience I purchased Apple headphones and none of the employees could figure out how to release the headphones due to me changing my mind on the trade in. Super disappointed in the customer service and the 40 min it took. I was charged the full amount. Someone should work on this stores customer service and training on how to assist customers.
Walked into this store after speaking to someone over the phone, Dalton at the front of the store was extremely rude when I tried to tell him the information I was told. He didn’t even try to help.
