Great employees and managers. Just bought the new XBox 2024 and they took the time to explain even the older addition.

This place was ridiculous, I was there for half an hour and not one employee asked if I needed help, or just to say welcome in. Instead I was bothered by another guest who was purchasing a tv. I had questions about a head set I purchased, but im not gonna bother the congregating employees in the backroom or the cashiers talking to eachother. Wish I took my purchase elsewhere. Customer service is long gone to most businesses.

Wouldn't return a effective item because I was 5 days past their 15 day return policy. I could have returned the item if I spent $50 to be a part of their plus plan which gives you 2 month to return an item. What a joke. We had planned on purchasing about $500 in other items after the exchange, but nevermind we will spend it at amazon and avoid the hassle.

We waited 30 minutes in the computers for help, my husband signed in to have someone help us. After 30 minutes I went up to customer service and stated we have been waiting for an employee for help. They said they would send somebody right away. After 15 more minutes, we left. We were trying to buy a gaming laptop, and had just a few questions, planned on buying one and walking out with it. We have shopped Best Buy for years, but this (Greeley)store has lost us as customers. There was three employees up front that were just talking with each other, goofing around, not one person came over to the computers. I saw other customers wanting to talk to an employee and they gave up and left to. Do BETTER Best Buy. You are losing paying customers.
