Bought a pack of screen protectors for my watch and paid to get one installed. It took over 30 minutes and there are still bubbles in every corner, which kind of defeats the purpose of paying to get it installed. Pretty sure he didn’t even clean it before putting it on which is why the bubbles are there and will not come out.
The tech that installed it was nice, but tony was unpleasant to deal with. He came over part way to tell me he wanted the tech to get credit for it, and that there was a scratch on my watch already. There was one near the top that was very light and not that noticeable, but now there’s one that’s quite noticeable. Not sure if the screen protector is just making one that wasn’t noticeable, more noticeable, but either way had a bad/ shady experience and won’t be coming to this Best Buy again.

Scheduled an appointment for dash cam installation at this store for today at 11:30am, got a call before my appointment from Carl asking me if I could come in at 12:30pm instead because they were running behind and I agreed. Walked through the doors at 12:24pm, asked the guy at the door where to go for an appointment and he directed me to geek squad, waited in line for 25 mins before Rudy was finally able to call me up - he was the only one at the counter waiting on about 3 people - another agent showed up after waiting in line for 20 mins and it was finally my turn. While waiting in line I got a text saying my appointment had been canceled because I didn’t show - I’d been in line the whole time! I walked up to Rudy and he had to go check with the install guys if they would still be able to complete the installation, he came back to tell me that they were already working on another vehicle but I could pull in to the bay area. I went over to the bay area, knocked on the door and the technician came out to tell me it would take another 2 and half hours before he could get to me. When I asked why they didn’t have any signs to guide customers as to where to go, he said it says on the email to check in at the mobile install bay or something like that which is incorrect, all it says on the email is “The Installation Bay can be located behind or along the side of the store,” and nothing about their check-in process. Very frustrating!
