The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous! I came in to replace a broken tv remote & upon entering, the young man greeting customers was the first bad experience. He was too busy chatting up a female employee to even address me. When I interrupted his employee social time & asked where the tv remotes were, he simply pointed in a vague direction & said “they’re on that wall”. Ok, whatever. I get to the remotes & there’s 3 employees who aren’t with another customer & when I ask one for help, he acted like I was annoying him. He simply pointed a remote & said it would work. When I asked him how to set it up, all he said was “read the instructions”. Not only was the incorrect remote, but it was $10 more than what he told me it was. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I recently visited this Best Buy to buy a laptop, and I cannot thank Stephen enough for going above and beyond to help us. We had driven 30 minutes specifically to pick up a laptop that we needed by the end of the day. Unfortunately, the store’s systems were down when we arrived, and we were advised to bring cash. We quickly went to an ATM, and Stephen, the associate we spoke to, was aware of the urgency.
When we returned, there was a sudden emergency, and the store was preparing to close within minutes. To our surprise, Stephen had already anticipated our needs—he had the laptop ready and was waiting for us at the front. His quick thinking and commitment made all the difference; without him, we wouldn’t have been able to get the laptop that day.
It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and thoughtful as Stephen. It’s experiences like this that make me prefer in-person shopping over online. Stephen truly turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience, and I’m extremely grateful for his exceptional service!
