So I bought a printer from here several months ago now, but I called them immediately after I got it and they told me to call support, but it’s trash. It will not hook up to my computer no matter what I’ve done and they would not give me a refund on it or exchange it for another printer so anyways don’t go here and it’s a canon pixma TR4720 and it’s a piece so you know what junk it has never been able to hook up to my computer through the Internet, it says it’s unsafe and unsupported. So very dissatisfied if I went to Walmart, they would’ve given me a refund immediately!!!! #nomorebedtbuy.

I bought a pair of headphones online came to pick up my order and they refused to give me my order because I don't have an ID for an item I purchased I showed them my receipt not good enough why order anything online when they make things so inconvenient these old non tec geniuses must not understand what digital receipt means that's proof I purchased item no hackers are not going to best buy in person to steal things ridiculous and have digital receipt

Tried calling your store, multiple times. Which ever road you go down, you eventually get a robot that hangs up on you. The website was mentioned multiple times, searched on website.. could not find product. But on their home page you could see liquid screen protectors being sold. I tried choosing multiple for this address, and it says stock unknown, please talk to staff. I try calling again, doesn't work as I figured, but you can't say I didnt try. Looks like I have to drive there.
I walk in, the employee greets me and asks me if he can help. I tell him I'm looking for liquid screen protector.
"OH, we don't have that."
I go and find the area, all sold out.
Employee didn't try to help me find some from another best buy, or order some online from them.
I love driving and wasting my time on something that could have easily been solved with a phone call. In thw 10 minutes I was there, I walked past at least 8 employees goofing off or having casual conversations.
If you guys are gonna continue the classic "best buy markup," at least help me get the product and have a someone decent customer service experience. Instead I got a very lack luster ordeal.
