These people have no respect for the handicapped. My mother is eighty-five, and she was leaving with an electric wheelchair. They did not stop my mother, but they were screaming at me that I couldn't take out a wheelchair when I was pushing a regular buggy. There were six healthy guys, six foot tall, each of whom were laughing and threatening me. I asked them to call the cops, and they refused. They were taking away my federal rights of not being bullied as a handicapped man. They got me so excited; I recorded the thing, I had my phone out, but oh, I messed up. They also sent a man out smoking to keep an eye on me until I left.
I've been going to this Best Buy since 2012 and it's been just fine. They always have 13 people ask you if you need help and you kindly nod and say "no thanks" until you remember that you do need help and all 13 of those people would be helping other customers by then.
I asked a worker why a speaker was so cheap, she assured me it was because of the color. At which time I stood in line for 30 minutes to find out the row of clip 5s were stocked wrong and twice the price I was willing to spend. After finding out I was told there was nothing that could be done and to get a cheaper speaker I had to go to the back of the line. Use the best buy on wads and crestline a better experience every time
I had 2 gentlemen help. I think 1 was team LG and the other was team Samsung or something else. My biggest concern was for longevity of performance for a TV. When I found out that none of the brands have anything for me in that category, my best info came from Google. I asked for the best TV in the size I wanted, it recommended a TV, I asked them to get it for me and they did. FYI, if you want a center stand, they sell a great one! Most of the tvs didn't have that option. My advice is, know what you're looking for before you go!
