DO NOT come to this store if any of ur exspensive electronics break after 4 months geek squad is rude and they expect u to wait over a week just to have them repair or even look at the issue. I pay alot yearly to be a geek squad member and get no love or help ever at this store from there geek squad dept. Worst geek squad dept ever.. ive spent over 33k at this store in 2 years and cant even get no help on my repair it blows my mind 😳

A big Customer Service sign led me to the wrong counter to pick up a online order. Used to be clear and easy. The geek squad guy behind the counter chastised me and was extremely rude. I was tempted to cancel my order but, decided to let it go. Apparently a few other customers had made the same mistake that same day. The sign should be changed. No need to be so rude to a customer.
Fast service when I order online for later pick up. Usually very quiet when I'm in there, so I typically have time to get all of my questions answered. Has nearly all of the tech things I need in stock in case I need to pick up something quick. It's not a local store/chain by any means, but the staff & service here have been consistently solid. It's nice to know that I have a strong resource for tech goods outside of Amazon.
