Not sure if employees care about customers. Had bad experience at this store. I wouldnt waste my time here.
I was just here ready to purchase an Asus ROG Ally X only to find no service or anyone willing to assist. Walked out and will buy from Amazon. No wonder Amazon is killing stores.

They're fixing my laptop that's covered under warranty for being young guys that are very knowledgeable I'm very friendly
I had a great experience purchasing a new laptop at this location. The associate, Ernest and his manager, Andrew, were friendly super knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience. No sales pressure, just solid experienced advice.
