Bought a TV and wanted their free delivery, they said they’d call me to schedule a time. No call, just an email with time and date that didn’t work. I tried to reschedule but that date didn’t work. The next date was weeks away. So I went to the store where I physically purchased it to pick it up and they don’t have it. They don’t have that tv for 230 miles in any direction according to their website.
I spent several hours on the phone and chat trying to reschedule their delivery a few up.
I’m headed to Costco to buy a TV. It’s time for this business to close for good.
