Horrible customer care, I came in 01/13/25 to use a gift card towards a purchase I made that was in holiday return policy range, and was told that It would be very easy and I wouldn’t even need the iPad with me, well I got there and sure enough the iPad was needed to I came back the next day to return it and the manager “Shae” told me it’s no longer returnable and that it doesn’t fall into the return policy, when 2 of her employees told me it did. I don’t want to shop here anymore and wil cancel my membership and credit card. The worst part of all this is I wasn’t even returning the item just simply putting a gift card towards it.

Unable to actually call the store. Only connects to a call center in India which is absolutely ZERO help for anything. WE DONT WANT TO SPEAK TO A CALL CENTER THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT WHAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE IN STORE!!!! STOP BEING CHEAP AND LAZY
EDIT: LMFAO YOU SAY ITS TO FREE UP EMPLOYEES? EVERYTIME I WALK IN THERES 6 PEOPLE DOING NOTHING BUT HANGING OUT BEHIND THE COUNTER WITH AN EMPTY STORE. THEY HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO ANSWER THE PHONES. ANOTHER TRASH DECISION BY BEST BUY!
Also why would I " reach out on Facebook? Is this best buy the national brand or is this a joke ran by some 8th grader using a Facebook page for customer service? Whoever responds to these review, you have a room temp IQ. No one wants to reach out in facebook like you're a start up company without any real customer service????
Edit: these losers use AI to respond to reviews as well, just goes to show you how stupid the people who make decisions for this company are.

Went to this store today to see if I could return or exchange a phone cover that was ordered in-store (in October) and recommended as "heavy duty". As I am just past the member 60 day return period, I was told that there is nothing that can be done.... This does not leave me with warm fuzzies after spending $1400 on a phone and another $79 on a recommended cover that fell apart in my hands.
