How do I check product availability at the Belmar Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. The employee, I can’t remember his name, but he’s the one with the big ear piercings and the facial tattoos told me to return tomorrow they would have what I was after so I called in to work, and when I came in the next day, he ignored me and walked away… also they still didn’t have it. He said they would.

I was denied to return a $25 item because i was 1 day after the return date! I was going to go and buy a washing machine after I return The mouse I didn't use when I bought my laptop from them a month ago late july of this year...lmao! I will gladly take my money to somewhere else.Maybe home depot and get me a washing machine!

GM of the store argued with me that they aren't able to recycle AIOs for free, that it was 'always policy' and just never enforced and they were 'under new mgmt'. He told me to check the website. I left the store and did check and then came back in to confront him when I found the website to list AIOs as free recycling. He was dismissive and said OK put it down here and leave the store. I then had a calm conversation with after, which I was a bit frustrated at first. I do not like that the GM of all people is quoting policy incorrectly and then being dismissive when confronted. I regularly shop here with family and friends, who have purchased thousands of dollars of equipment here. Not a good look. We might go to a different store moving foward.
I was going to make a purchase today but decided not to after being told to leave for challenging his policy
