I came into the store with a major phone issue. I can say enough great things about my experience with "Crystal " she is professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone who comes into the store. Also, I can't help but to recognize" Luka or Luke" from Geek squad he took his time trying to get my messages fully responded. Now this is an "A" team they should definitely be the face of your brand and a raise would be a great way to recognize them for their hard work and dedication. This is coming from someone who is from Alabama, it shows that hospitality exists in Colorado.
I bought a gpu from them under total membership and were told i already have a warranty. Then after 2 months of use the pny gpu was dead. They did accept the return but then didnt fully refund me and put 150 dollars toward store credit because I had price matched the gpu with them.
