Exceptional customer service at Best Buy today thanks to Carlos and Alex. I purchased a TV, washer and dryer, and several smart home products. They guided me through every step of the process with professionalism, patience, and impressive product knowledge.
I spent nearly two hours asking detailed questions about features, specifications, and comparisons across multiple products, and they remained attentive, courteous, and genuinely helpful the entire time. They never rushed me and made sure I felt confident in every decision.
Carlos and Alex made me feel valued as a customer and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely taken care of. Best Buy is fortunate to have employees of this caliber. Highly recommend this store because of their outstanding service.

The absolute worst store, and the absolute worst manager, mark. Zero customer service! They won't return my money on a faulty laptop with multiple viruses because I was 3 days past the 15day return policy. Mack is the store manager that wanted me to pay $50 more to extend the warranty. They try to bully you into paying more. This is classic when a company is about to go out of business. I called customer support and unfortunately I couldn't even understand the person in South Africa. You get a better warranty when you buy online, so lesson learned. Best Buy is a has been place
