Went in to look for some switch games because I just got one and wanted to buy some. When I asked about the selection I was told to look online. Guess shopping in store is no longer an option unless you already know what you want. Customer service could use some work.

Marco doesn’t specify about that he is getting you applied for credit card and really upsetting experience and he wouldn’t even call the manager

I've been here four times. Every experience has been not only severely disappointing but genuinely bad enough that I dreaded needing to go back for something there. They do have some decent prices, but they put you through the three rings of sales hell to get anything. First they try to tell you that you're basically stupid and will regret it if you don't buy accessories for a product that you DID come to buy. Which makes me just not want to buy anything at all. I did buy a new iPad here. I set it for pickup to avoid the sales pitches. I already had a case and apple care for it. They tried to talk me into getting THEIR apple care ON TOP of the one I have so I have.. backup care? Even though the apple one covered theft as well for less money for under half the price. Then even though I paid for the entire thing, they tried to pressure me into putting it onto a credit card of theirs? Like splitting the payments? And when I told them I don't have credit history and would rather just take the item I paid for they still pressured me to go through the whole process. Just to get denied like I said I would. So if you go in they talk down to you and try to get you something you didn't want. You order pickup they try to act like you need to pay for more even if you KNOW you don't want anything else. Then I put an order for pickup a week ago for a controller and they decide after five days of waiting to tell me that they don't know when the item will even be in stock. Then why can I order it for pickup?? And the employee got annoyed with me for being confused. I'll go buy the controller at a local game shop instead. I'm not going to wait an unknown amount of time for a $30 item.
Now that's not even covering how their AT&T guy told us we could get $100 off our phone plan one time when I went in for something unrelated. We went through their whole process. The bill was going to end up being $200 more than our current bill. AND he used the number he got from my mom to call her and ask her on a date. SHE'S MARRIED!! SHE HAD A WEDDING RING ON!! overall the employees seem to hate their job, sales are clearly pushed to the point of open manipulation of customers. And you can't even get the items they say they have in stock. Genuinely gave them 5 too many chances. I will NOOOT be back.
