Best Buy Belmar

Wow, this may be the worst experience yet. I ordered an open box 65 inch TV in "Like New" condition. I drive 35 minutes and hit the button saying I am here. An employee rolls out a bubble wrapped TV and attempts to give it to me. I asked if the power cord, remote and legs were in the bubble wrap...his response "dude, I couldn't find em". I tried to explain that I bought a like new TV and he told me he didn't do anything wrong and if I don't like it I can come inside and talk to a manager. I wait 30 minutes for the manager...who has the legs and remote but explains it was a floor model (likely burned in). He then complains that he has to move 20 pallets to find them. I told him that if that did that before I arrived it might have mattered, but it was too late now and I wanted a refund and that I would no longer do any business with Best Buy in the future. I also called the 1-800 number and found them to be just as apathetic as the in-store employees. AVOID BEST BUY.

There was hardly any speaker inventory

The employee, I can’t remember his name, but he’s the one with the big ear piercings and the facial tattoos told me to return tomorrow they would have what I was after so I called in to work, and when I came in the next day, he ignored me and walked away… also they still didn’t have it. He said they would.

I was denied to return a $25 item because i was 1 day after the return date! I was going to go and buy a washing machine after I return The mouse I didn't use when I bought my laptop from them a month ago late july of this year...lmao! I will gladly take my money to somewhere else.Maybe home depot and get me a washing machine!
