Use a local electronics store. This company sucks and the time you soend calling to get help you could drive there and stand in line for an hour.
My Zagg phone protector was nicked and peeling. They replaced if because it was guaranteed. I'm happy.
Since Trump has been president, it seems the managers are throwing Latinos out of the store because this Latina senior lady tried to exchange something, and the manager repeatedly said that she could buy a $49.99 membership to return the merchandise. The senior lady apparently didn’t know the new policy of two weeks’ return, and she repeatedly answered that it didn’t make sense to spend $50 to use it once. The third time, the manager threw her out of the store, saying that she was arguing, which she didn’t. Let’s see if the store will still open next year. No respect for Latinos or seniors.

Purchased an open box laptop that was only available at this store. The online description states:
- Works like new. Restored to factory settings,
- May have minor scratches or dents.
- May be missing non-essential parts, accessories or packaging.
I drove across town to pick this laptop up only to discover that it is missing the charger and Best Buy doesn't offer a replacement charger. I would classify the charger as an essential part!!
Wasted an hour of my time and gas money.
