I called for customer support and got a very strange man who sounded intoxicated. He mumbled to himself for about a minute straight before asking how he could help me. Then, he proceeded to lecture me about why I shouldn't use their website because it is "outdated". Every statement was followed by stange mumbling to himself. This was an abnormal and uncomfortable experience.
They have so many associates going around, but hardly anyone working the checkout. And the guy that rang up my order kept walking away any time it was my turn to push a button or something on the machine. The process of paying for my item took way longer than it should have. I cannot stress enough how much he LITERALLY WALKED AWAY during my transaction. He didn't even say "excuse me" or tell me why he was walking away.
