I took my computer in to have help buying a charger for it and was sold the wrong product three different times.

Never again. 6 deliveries, defective refrigerator leaked all over hardwood floor, even with their warranty, denied any repairs. Still cannot get the bill straightened out. Two simple words: DO NOT. Customer service is the absolute worse. After speaking with several friends, and past employees, consensus is GO ELSEWHERE. After several calls, emails, visits to the store, we are stuck with a damaged hardwood floor and exhausted.

Best Buy has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
