The absolute worst store, and the absolute worst manager, mark. Zero customer service! They won't return my money on a faulty laptop with multiple viruses because I was 3 days past the 15day return policy. Mack is the store manager that wanted me to pay $50 more to extend the warranty. They try to bully you into paying more. This is classic when a company is about to go out of business. I called customer support and unfortunately I couldn't even understand the person in South Africa. You get a better warranty when you buy online, so lesson learned. Best Buy is a has been place
