15 day return policy is why this place is empty and wont be around in a few years. Product failed in 2 weeks. Took it back and the cashier was super nice but MOD was super rude about their return policy. Im sure his numbers are low but I guess he took it out on me 😂

Thought my computer was hacked, called Geek Squad and asked for the location with the soonest appointment, which was almost immediate. Arrived right on time, and the woman who helped me was amazing. She knew exactly what the problem was, why it happened and how to correct the situation. Thank you, Geek Squad, and thank you to the very capable woman that helped me out today.
Poor customer service. Avoid this location, or buy from crutchfield.
