Thought my computer was hacked, called Geek Squad and asked for the location with the soonest appointment, which was almost immediate. Arrived right on time, and the woman who helped me was amazing. She knew exactly what the problem was, why it happened and how to correct the situation. Thank you, Geek Squad, and thank you to the very capable woman that helped me out today.
Poor customer service. Avoid this location, or buy from crutchfield.

Appliance associates including all the managers are absolutely hopeless and incompetent at every aspect of their job. Going on over a month to get a washer & dryer correctly ordered and delivered. Each time I go into the store to fix a new of their mistakes or issues, the new associate helping is less and less helpful. Avoid this place at all costs.

The employees were kind of pushing in in my personal space
