Would recommmend to take your business elsewhere. No accountability. Salesmen are deceiving and very unreliable. Ryan in geek squad was one of the most unhelpful representatives I have dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My girlfriend and I just had the most asinine experience I’ve ever had in a customer Service environment, let alone at a Best Buy. Not only did we waste time in Best Buy. Ultimately, we didn’t even get the product that we specifically asked for thoroughly researched. To start off I’ve been an audio engineering for 25 years and I’ve owned multiple recording studios, and I work in tech. So with that being said, I clearly understand specifications when it comes to headphones. I spent over 20 minutes, looking at every pair of headphones that are in the aisle that fit the criteria, my girlfriend was specifically looking for. Not only did we settle on a pair of headphones for her to buy, they were also on sale, which Made them extremely desirable. Where are the customer service nightmare starts, is after we looked around I needed to leave for a meeting. I told my girlfriend to grab the closest team member which I also flagged down myself. And I knew she could handle the interaction because we already decided on which headphones to get. But that didn’t turn out to be the end result. When my girlfriend asked for the headphones that were in the case which the team member clearly had the keys for. And excuse me, but I don’t know who this associate was, and we didn’t get his name. But I’d be gladly to describe him if the supervisor or manager wants to reach out to me because what transpired next was extremely unacceptable and disappointing. Not only did he not grab the headphones that she asked for, he started to berate her and literally talk down About the brand she specifically chose. Then he proceeded to try to sell her on a pair of $50 headphones and as she was asking questions, letting him know the criteria of why the first headphones were so desirable he continued to tell her that the $50 headphones would be subpar based on her expectations. He not only never even attempted to grab the original headphones that she wanted, he continued to push these cheap dinky headphones when clearly that’s not what she asked for. I don’t know what kind of training Best Buy goes through for customer service or even sales. But somebody with an elementary school level education could clearly understand and handle this situation better. And to be frank with you, not only being in tech myself as long as I have been and working in sales and customer service. It was clear that he was only behaving this way because she was a girl and if anybody wants to try to argue differently, I’ll be glad to give you plenty of determining factors that would point to this conclusion. So my girlfriend understandably got upset and overwhelmed, and just left without buying the headphones that we spent so much time researching. She also left feeling uneasy, uncomfortable and clearly frustrated. So if this is the type of customer experience that this particular location likes to champion when it comes to their team members as well as how their customers feel within the store. I would avoid this location at all cost, and I would implore the manager to do a better job at creating an environment and experience that customers actually want to have as well as expect from Best Buy. My girlfriend also has a Best Buy card, and this dude proceeded to tell her she can’t finance $50 headphones, no duh. But she could have financed the headphones we originally were trying to get because they were $220. But I would actually thoroughly enjoy having a phone call with the store manager and I can describe the team member. Or I can even come back in person and point them out. But we will be avoiding this location at all cost, even if it means ordering products that have a lead time of one week two weeks or months for shipping. And I hope that this Best Buy actually gets itself together and treats their customers universally with importance and care. Again, if the manager would like to reach out to me directly and have a conversation, I’m more than happy to oblige. But overall that was the worst experience I’ve had in my entire life. Yall should be ashamed tbh.

David was the best , great customer service ! He really is a great salesman . Talked us into an 85 " TV , a mount, and a full surround sound system ! He got us a discount and helped us find exactly what we needed and wouldn't let us leave without having the absolute best bang for our buck . Give that man a big bonus and a promotion!!
