Overall, very friendly store. I did a order pick up on a Sunday evening. The store looked closed as the front was not very lit up and the parking lot lights were kind of dim. There is a small open sign in the middle of the doors, but it’s hard to read from the parking lot. I could see how people might confuse this place is being closed once it gets dark. It’s not very bright. But inside I found very helpful staff and willingness to get my order picked up. The guy at the front desk was very accommodating and social. Overall, I think if the store had brighter lighting, they would probably get more foot traffic just because it seemed closed from the street. It’s a great Best Buy one that I would recommend if you’re looking for electronics. Thanks.

Stores usually great had to leave 1 star after interacting with Shea. Super rude the entire conversation. Cut me off when I tried to speak & was super rude. Probably shouldn't tell customers "have a nice day buddy" when they're asking you for help or speaking to you politely. Didn't ask me about the credit card aswell. Be a better person
