On 11/13/25 I went to the store, was greeted by a gentlemen named Bob. He directed me to the item I was seeking, when I began to faint. He kept me from falling, got a chair and called someone for help. I soon felt better and started back to make my purchase. Bob said, 'no, no, I'm going with you.' He walked me to the department I needed, told the clerk what I wanted and waited with me. He then walked me to the cash register and checked me out -- without my standing in line. Finally, he walked me to my car to make sure I was okay -- This man saved me a trip to the emergency room at the very least -- Both he and the manager were kind beyond words. Two good people who made a huge difference to me. Thank you so much.
Lied to me about my delivery date. Over a week late on something I was supposed to pick up in 1 hour! HORRIBLE customer service!! Im done with bestbuy

I was reminded why I rarely shop in stores like this anymore, and why so many of them are closing.
I needed an adapter for my camera so I could transfer photos to my iPhone while on a mountain trip. The associate who helped me was very kind and professional, but unfortunately I was sold the wrong item. Because of that, I couldn’t upload any photos until I got home. When I returned to exchange it (just over two weeks later), I was told it was past the return window. 🤷♀️
This is exactly why I usually shop online. Amazon and other retailers make returns easy from anywhere.
That said, everyone at this location was friendly and provided great customer service. My two-star rating is purely for the store policy and experience, not the employees.
Their Stereo installer use parts and then dont update the inventory. Waste of my time. NEVER coming back.
