I wanted to leave a quick note of appreciation for Jay. While everyone has a different communication style, particularly if they are on the spectrum, I find his approach to be incredibly genuine and helpful. He is attentive to detail and always makes sure my needs are met. We need more dedicated workers like him!
Jay needs to be taken off the front door greeter duty and put back into customer service video training

The customer service was above and beyond. However, the right items were not sent and I wasn't told of the items on back order. So we'll patiently wait.
