They do not honor warranties

Came here to buy a $1500 pair of speakers, when they bpught them out the box had a large rent with the speaker visible inside. Running your finger over the visable edge of the speaker you could feel a dent. They said they did not have any more in stock and when I said I wouldn't buy damaged speakers they told me I wasted their time. Two things are wrong here, first is that they tried to sell damaged speakers at all, the second is that they had a attitude when I refused to buy them.

I'm a customer for a long time and I bought two phones last couple months ago and im so sad, that Bryan was not that nice i tried to buy a phone samsung s26 ultra, phone case, and a screen protector. And I pay 1,245 cash and when I ask him to please put on the screen protector and he doesn't want to put on the screen protector. And he gave back my money because he doesn't want to put on the screen protector and I feel so sad because that was a present for my husband.

I ordered a power bank online for delivery and a different power bank was delivered than what I ordered. When I visited the store to return the wrong product I received and get a refund I was informed this store did not fulfill the order, and that I have to drive to the Best Buy store 27 minutes away where the order was filled so I can have them “pull security footage to confirm the wrong product was in fact grabbed by their team that was delivered”. Sp their solution to the problem they created is for me to waste numerous hours of my time driving to a store very inconvenient for me, for them to then pull security footage, to correct an issue they made. Absolutely absurd for a $41 purchase and a mistake they created.
