Best Buy Littleton

Went in to buy a laptop. Great service from Jacob Lerner on the sale. Quick service from the Geek Squad on getting it set up - was ready within a few hours. In a time when good customer service can be spotty, I highly recommend this store and the staff there.

By far this has to be my most experience at a Best Buy this year, RYAN and geek squad very rude. Made me drive back to another store to return something because he wasn’t willing to return it at this store and I felt like there was some kind of discourse with BOB when I first came in because I told him I purchased a open box and it was filthy at another store and I spent three hours cleaning it coming to find out. It was a shelf product that they took off the shelf and turned around and tried to sell it and not disclosed that it was from the show. Tried to say that it was an open box. You should always be professional, even though you don’t get commission, but you’re receiving a paycheck from a company that’s paying you to give good customer service and it shouldn’t just be for the people you think you like but for those of us who are spending lots of money and as a plus member not a good look so we’ll never purchase anything from the store unfortunately I can’t stop buying from Best Buy because there’s no other company that sells things but Best Buy your own notice. Need to do better.

Don’t come if you are a person of color. I got watched while shopping and approached by more than 6 people while in the same area while trying to compare prices and etc on their watches. Man, there is no way they would have had that many people hovering over some white person in the store. I think this is called racial profiling. But under the Trump administration it might be called in your face aggressive racial profiling
