Koby at the geek squad was wonderful.
However, the Total Tech system is a scam. They do not cover or replace your old phones, then direct you to Mobile where the Verizon rep tries to con you into buying a phone outright instead of ordering or checking inventory in from another store.
Disgraceful.

Yulissa was so very helpful and patient! I needed to get a game console for my boyfriend and couldn’t find it in any nearby stores. She was able to find it and get one shipped to my house way faster than I thought it’d be able to come!

If I could give less- this is where it would apply!!! I pre-ordered a camera lens. They shipped it so incredibly poorly, outer box 4 times too large and no packing materials! The lens is now loose. You can feel the components move as you tilt the lens. The call to customer service was MORE THAN TERRIBLE!!!!
