The cashier was training a new guy and both were very unfriendly and kept looking at me strangely . Had I been shopping for myself personally, I would’ve left . Greeter at the door went above and beyond and was super nice! Perhaps he should be training others .
Horrible place! No depth in inventory. They've got one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel. The place is like a morgue. Scheduled an appointment with Geek Squad to repair an iPhone. When making the appointment the two questions are...what brand and model of phone are you needing repaired and what is the problem. I carefully gave them the details of the needed repair. Asked for a price and they were unable to quote it over the phone. It was fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment before anybody greeted me only to tell me that their Apple tech had just gone home for the evening and that they would need to order the part, which would take a week. When asked why they scheduled my repair for "after" the tech had left, the clerk made up some excuse about the importance and need for the appointment and danced around the issue. Sorry to say these guys are destined for failure.

Best buy cares about their customer service. I've never had a problem with that.
