Absolutely the worst Best buy! They have a scalper General manager and the workers are all in on taking all the pokemon stuff for resale!! My family and I went for the Pokemon trade and play and the website said they should have a bunch of stuff for the kids and things to get for free and cards!!! The workers all said there was nothing in the morning. And after waiting all morning for 12pm they said they don't even have the freebies and promos!! After a group of parents said well it's supposed to be stuff they brought out a couple of bingo sets! They took everything else. Also Ryan V should be talk to about customer service and being more polite to the customers. It not our fault you guys have to work first thing in the morning because of scalpers no wonder why you guys take everything 🤔

Arriving just before closing time, I was pleased to receive such warm and welcoming service. The staff remained incredibly professional and attentive despite the late hour of my visit. It was truly refreshing to experience such high standards of care during my time there. Every aspect of the interaction felt genuine and handled with great consideration.
