They don’t stand behind their warranties. It’s a lie. I bought a brand new i-phone in January that suddenly stopped working through no fault of ours. They basically ran me out of store saying it wasn’t their problem. Worst customer service ever. And yes the 2 year warranty was supposed to apply to this purchase which is why we chose Best Buy to begin with. It was a very expensive purchase and even with receipt and phone in hand they turned us away.
